A few I recall were Uma Thurman, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Jessica Simpson.

The longest I recall seeing a dancer not go on stage, in a club I regularly visited was about 5 months. It ended on a day when the club was pretty empty.
She had many regulars and was quite busy. When she wasn't in the back giving dances, she was usually at the bar waiting for her next regular, or entertaining groups that would come in.

I tried Atlantis once, several years ago. Went around 3:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday, only 2 dancers I would rate a 7, rest were well under that. Took this airhead dancer who had her teeth modified to look like fangs for a fifteen minute dance. Decent dance with plenty of two way contact, but no extras.
If I would have known at the time the Pinellas area was good for extras, I would have gone back on a Friday.

I have known four over the years, and not one in the last 8 years, and two of those four were cousins.
Funnily, the first one I ever know of when she first started dancing, wore Indian style clothing, but eventually started dressing as a Native American, because when she said she was Indian, most guys would reply back, oh like Pocahontas, or ask her if she was Cherokee.
This was back when there was only one Indian Restaurant in the entire city, and maybe a few hundred Indians living here/
Now there are tens of thousands of Indians where I live, but not one has danced.

I can think of three different pairs of dancers related to each other, that I have gotten dances with when both worked at the same time.
First was a nice girl next door looking dancer. Two months later she convinced her cousin to started dancing. Her cousin danced under the name Diamond and various other named. Diamond looked a lot like a more naughty version of her her cousin, with a tighter body. Diamond's cousin quit after a year and Diamond quit about a year ago, after dancing nearly 20 years.
Second was two Indian/Pakistani mix dancers about 15 years ago, that danced under the name of Mia and Dakota. They started out at the same club, but eventually Dakota went to a more contact oriented club. Mia danced about 2 years, and Dakota 5.
Third was two sisters. First was named Ivy, who started first, then her three years younger sister Madison came over. Madison was a bit heavier, but also a lot larger tits. Madison didn't last as long as Ivy, but the two or three years she danced was more popular than her sister, due to her larger, and natural tits. Even though Ivy was hotter and her dance was better, Madison's was good enough. In her case huge natural tits beat large implants.
I have gotten dances from a mother then her daughter years later at least once.

Mons and 2001 are tourist traps. Quality of dancers can vary. One visit Mons had a lot more dancers and the dancers were on average 1 point higher than what I saw in 2001. The next visit a year later and 2001 was a lot hotter. As others said Mons dances have no privacy, but the dancers don't really care and you get a lot of grinding and two way contact.
Dances in 2001 are a bit more private than Mons, and the contact was even better. Last time I was there extras were possible in 2001, but the cost was a lot higher, had to pay for one of the private rooms upstairs, and the amount wanted by most gals was equal to the room cost. Strangely that night I ended up getting a dance upstairs due to striking out at Scarletts.
Scarletts has usually been decent. Dancers will try to make you believe extras require one of the $200 rooms, but that's not true. Only problem is the last time I was there the club was made up of a lot of ROBS, and I left getting only one mediocre dance. Was so lame that day, that I drove back to 2001, and ended up with a decently priced dance even for 2001, from a hot blonde with barely there tits but otherwise a great body, which was as good as I have gotten at Scarletts in the past. Probably helped it was in the middle of a rain storm, and I was one of the only three customers there that time.

Dances in Niagara Falls and the Toronto area, especially from the Eastern European dancers, was full of lots of extras, the last time I was there about 2 years ago. The one time I was in Montreal, the strip clubs were lame.

When I asked one dancer for a regular dance, she told me she only gives VIP room dances. After I declined a VIP one of my favorites dropped by and said the she was notorious in the club for just that reason. She told me the only time GPS gal gave non VIP Room dances, is during the mandatory 2 for 1's and when she is asked to entertain large tables and bachelor parties. Then one day she asked if I minded her giving me her number. I said sure, but thought it would be the typical "you gonna be in tonight, honey." And she did this for several month, until one day she text me, "I don't feel like going to the club today, want to meet up?" We text back and forth and she finally said, "lets do what we said we wished we could do in the club." That had me hooked, and we agreed on an hour for the same price as a half hour VIP, and go from there.
Ended up spending over two hours together, starting off with a "lap dance," that quickly became a full out make out session. She even got it in her mind that she had prove she gives the best BJ ever, in her words. I think part of it helped that she was one of the few who took a while to agree to OTC, but when she did, it became regular for a little over a year.

Where I am, it's typically 150 for 15 minutes, 250 to 300 for a half hour, double that for an hour at most clubs, although there are a few dives where it's 150 to 200 for half hour and double that for an hour.
There used to be a few clubs where it was a $75 entrance fee to the champagne room for a half hour and $125 an hour, the rest was up to the dancer.

I found the same thing too flagooner, although thankfully in strip clubs there a lot less 5's and below, than in the general population.
Now the above is in looks.
When it comes in how good of a dance you will get, One third are around 6, which is what I would consider the bare minimum for grinding. One quarter are 9's good two way action, but no extras, and 5 percent at 10 awesome with full extras. Almost no 7's or 8 dances, then the remaining 37 percent fit into bell curve at 1 to 5.

I don't think so. Some of it's the type of top, and the fact that she gained a slight amount of weight between 2017 and 2019.
The bikini's and bras from 2017 are also a bit tighter fitting which makes her breasts look a bit smaller.
Look at other videos of her from late 2017 and early 2018, especially "Rebecca Stella Haul" around 1:18. "Bae Watch Beach Day", where the outfits are closer to the one in 2019

I occasionally read the local clubs reviews, to see if anything new is happening. Since clubs can change quite a bit over the years, many times I club I quit frequenting has new information on how things changed and try another trip, and it then becomes my next regular place.
I have also found out which clubs to avoid due to either owner or authority crackdown on dances.

I agree about Jessica Alba in Sin City. Salma Hayek in Dogma is also great.
Dancing in the Blue Iguana, at least 30 minutes of the movie was stripper scenes.

The most extreme case of germ phobia I recall with no extras. A dancer gets out a wet wipe and cleans the chair I am about to sit on puts a towel down on the floor so her legs don't touch the floor, cleans her hands again with a hand sanitizer, puts on a pair of white long gloves, and places a silk scarf on my lap a before she gives a dance.
With extras the strangest was an older Redheaded MILF, cleaned me up with multiple disinfectant wipes including around my legs, before going to town, yet still asked if I didn't mind her oral without a condom, since she didn't like the taste of condoms. I just remembered one strangest dance ideas ever in a club. Back in the early 90's before the more classy strip clubs started opening, and you either had clubs with decent looking dancers, and no lap dances just stage shows, or no stage shows and just lap dances on a single separated by plastic curtains.
One club used to try to come up with gimmicky dances. A common one was two dancers on stage undressing each other slowly for three songs. A mud wrestling match where the dancers dressed as Ohio State and Michigan Cheerleaders before the start of the annual OSU/Michigan game. You know common gimmicks.
One day they decided to do a reverse strip tease. The dances would started the song naked and slowly dressed, until they were fully closed at the end of the song. Needless to say this didn't go over very well, but that wasn't their worst idea.
The worst one was when a spin the wheel to choose the next dancer. Now the kicker was, a customer had to pay to spin the wheel. There was a over thirty minute period where no dancers were on stage, and the DJ was just asking people to spin the wheel, while random music played. Most of the money at the club was made from "private" one on one dances on a small side stage for cost 1/20, 2/30, 4/50, or 10/100. Who wanted to get a more private viewing with the DJ just asking for dances. Finally dancers came up and started paying to spin the wheel. The club never tried that idea again.

Pistola, I have had lights go out several times. Sometimes the club can handle it, others they can't.
I had a similar instance to what happened to you. A storm had knocked down several wires and a live wire was down right at the exit of the club, and it would be a while before the utility could get there and fix it due to the storm. Since there were so many lines damaged, it was doubtful the power would be back the rest of the day, so the club offered two for ones and half off champagne room dances while we waited for the crews to clear the road.
The dancer used her phone and a small flashlight in the lap dance booth and I ended a three fifteen minute dances while we waited, before the parking lot was cleared. With the dim lighting and most of the clubs staff being occupied, I got one of the best dances ever at the club.
