It was at the now closed Kahoots back in the late 90's. There was a very obnoxious bachelor's party in the club. My favorite dancer sits down and tells me she that the group had paid up for about five half hour champagne rooms and were already picking out dancers to take back, and she didn't want to be one of the dancers chosen, so asked me if I would get an hour with her, which should be enough time to avoid them, and she would even cover the difference between an half hour and an hour, which was about $150 if I recall.
I had a half hour with her several times, and had a great time, so said sure. I hand her the money and she pays the attendant and off we go.
No sooner are we in the room when she starts thanking me, saying she would rather get a dance from me than a bunch of drunken grabby idiots. Ended up getting the best dance ever at Kahoots, a complete make out session, with lots of grabbing on both our parts.
Eventually the attendant knocks on the door, and I noticed we had been in there almost 1 1/2 hours. I asked her about this and she mentioned having already made a lot of bucks from two other bachelor parties that day, and didn't want to put up with another. So she tipped the attendant to let us stay back until the bachelor party had left.
I ended up tipping her the $150 difference.
I have had similar things occur in other clubs over the years, but this was downright the best ever.

It was my first visit a club that tried to act really upscale. Experience was a lot like my first visit to a Vegas club. It was at Christies in Cleveland back in the early 90's. Probably 75 dancers, very few under an 8 in looks. Dancers all walked around in dresses, and were required to cover up tattoos.
It was a freaking assembly line. The dancer would sit at your table for about 5 minutes at most and then had to leave if you didn't get them a drink or ask for a dance. About 30 seconds later, next dancer up.
Eventually tried a dance from a very friendly 9 blonde, and it was lamer than Columbus at that time. She stood 4 feet in front of me never once got on my lap. Supposedly the VIP area was better, but decided to cut my losses and headed out to a few less upscale clubs that I typically went to.
Went back about 5 years later, not quite as pretentious, dancers not quite as hot either, but at least they had minimal lap dances. Last time I ever went there, although I did go to one of their sister clubs and had a much better time.

To me it's a trade off between cost, and looks and skills. The only point where volume comes in is if the dancer I am interested in is so popular that to get her I would have to wait for 3 hours, then it's down to the the next one on my list.
Here are some examples
9 or 10 looks, and 9 or 10 skills, and I would probably go for an hour or two in the champagne room for up to $500. same woman at 8 skills then probably $300, 7 $200, 6 $150.
Below an 8 looks and skills no champagne room.
An 8 and with a 10 skills she gets $300, between 7 and 9 then $200, below 7 nope.
A 7 with 10 skills gets $200, 8 to 9 $200, 7 $150, below that no.
A 6 would have to be a 10 in skills and then only for $125 or less.

I've heard a few Slayer at clubs before.
I recall hearing the instrumental parts of Seasons of the Abyss and Raining Blood in several feature dancers entrance medley.
I also recall dancer who would dance to Dead Skin Mask and Beauty Through Order. In the second song she would jab her finger into her crotch as she said the line "Heated Iron bar I will insert inside your cunt."

It depends on the dancer and the club. However I have noticed a significant portion of the pretty young ones quitting around 23 or so. I would guess a lot of these are college students who dance to pay for college, then either get a job.
The next largest group seems to be dancers who relied on looks and not dance quality, and those seem to retire around 35 or so.
Then there are the rest, veteran dancers who keep up their bodies and looks, and give great dances. Many of these can dance well into their early 40's. One of the oldest I recall was around 46 when she retired while still on top and hotter than most of the dancers there.
I have also seen a few dancers that danced well past their prime, including a few who were favorites of mine when they started.

Yes, many times.
The first I remember started at a fully nude club, which because it served alcohol was very low contact. Prices were 15 for 1 or 3/30 and 5/40. Even though it was mostly low contact, some of the hotter dancers in the town at the time worked there.
The busiest club at the time was large topless club with a lot better contact, but not exactly the best looking dancers. Dances were somewhat higher at $20 a dance, or 3 for 50, so I didn't go as often, until most of the hottest dancers at the all nude club switched to there. Best part was the hottest one, who gave the lamest dances at the nude club, ended up the best VIP dance at the new club.
Other times it was the opposite Several of my favorites went from a extras galore dive bar to a more mainstream bar, and even though they gave a lot better dances than most of the dancers at the new club, it just wasn't the same, and I kind of lost track of them for several years. Thankfully two of them eventually showed up my new favorite club with a lot more lenient management.

Only thing I have noticed is that more often the dancers I don't want to have stop by are the ones who always seem to stop by. Now if I could figure out how to have the ones I don't want to avoid me and the ones I want to stop by, my visits would be a lot more fun.

It depends on the club. At most clubs I have been to the 15 minute dances are typically over once she's gotten you off. In half hour dances, we usually chat a bit then she spends the rest of the time seeing if she can get me back up, and often asking if I want to try for another one when our time is up. Most of the time a full hour the dancer tries for multiple shots on goal.

One time it was when I was in one of the Casino's in Louisville I decided to check if there were any clubs and all were low rated. I chose the one with the highest rating. Reviews above average dancers and very little contact.
Went to the club, and there was about 8 customers and 6 dancers. All the customers looked like they were there just to drink and watch the TV's.
Dancers were just sitting around the club looking bored. I got a drink at the bar, and sat down. Dancers looked to be a lot prettier than described. Drinks and dances were cheap so I was a bit less picky on which dancers to try, and up getting dances from four out of the 6 dancers, and all but the first was good.
Dances were definitely not all air like they were described, plenty of two way contact all but the first.

It doesn't make much of a difference. I have met many dancers who are all chummy with other dancers, waitresses, bouncers and managers and are flat out lame in their dances, and others who were freaks in the back.
I have also known dancers who get in arguments with most of the dancers and the staff who are great. One of my favorites a few years ago would occasionally get into fights with other dancers, and gave one bouncer a black eye when he tried to break them up. She at least once got into a shouting match with the bouncer and other than getting kicked out for the day or week, was still working there up to the day the club closed.
Rarely was her dances not top notch, and I got one of the best dances ever from her after one of her shouting matches, in the club.

I had that happen many times.
