I would agree with other criticism that some of the info in the guide is too specific. For example in my area there is no tip rail and sitting at a table closer vs further away has no bearing on the expectation to tip. Not to mention regional areas where stage tipping isn't allowed at all and they do a tip walk.
I also agree with subraman that tipping for a dance or VIP shouldn't be expected.

@warrior and TFP - I know there are a lot of you guys who will still go for hot chicks with a few tattoos. But there is still a preference against it. Since I don't care and even like tats/piercings I have definitely seem that those girls are way less in demand.
I think sabraman is right on. Most guys that like tats/piercings don't have tons of money to blow on strippers.

@countryman - SJG's privacy wall makes a lot more sense if you replace "privacy" with "reality". It really has nothing to do with privacy, SJG will answer anything you ask if you pretend to agree with him and stroke his ego. Although it depends on my emotional state I usually have pretty solid control over when I orgasm. I tend to enjoy the experience the best at around 2-3 songs with some teasing beforehand. That is with 4-5 minute songs. Some of you guys may have clubs with shorter songs. I personally find at 5-6 songs I start to get some chaffing.
I have run into two dancers who seemed to be almost be psychic and could somehow very accurately sense my level of arousal (I refer to them as boner psychics). One of them could totally edge me along which was pretty amazing.

Yeah sous vide is pretty awesome. So easy and no smell or smoke in the house. I use a map gas blowtorch and just warm the steak in an ice chest with hot water straight from the tap. My hot water heater temp is pretty much perfect right but I am going to buy a circulator one of these days.

I have paid my CF an extra tip in exchange for pics. Nothing super explicit. Buying a PG13 pic is a good way to tip an extra $5-10. Or if she needs extra cash you can buy a custom photo set instead of just sending money for nothing.
