HiLiter ownership/management had a great thing going and decided to thumb their nose at PHX LE with the expanded VIP. Then came the LE raids and subsequent expulsion of popular dancers (too get the focus off mismanagement) that had been the reason for great reviews and return customers. A few clubs are thriving with their business model and staying under the LE radar. Unfortunately, when the current HL ownership loses their liquor license (and they will soon), then other clubs will become the target. Lucky for these few clubs, the HL group has interest in enough clubs that it may take another year or so for the focus to move to them. Appreciate many of the old HL dancers have now been displaced throughout the valley. LE, like PL's, will follow the service providers until no clubs will allow them to work due to age or reputation.
