Just remembered something based on what Razorman said. There are already clubs that have facial scans; one visit to a local club of mine confirmed that when a bouncer I've never met greeted me by name before I had even given him my ID.

Malicious agents already have all your information from the data breaches of companies that collected it without you're knowledge, so what's the problem with your local strip club having it? Most of them are going to go out of business and be replaced by another club that doesn't have your info.

There would be no way to enforce payment of the "rent" and without proving rent wasn't being paid, you couldn't evict until the lease expired. You probably might be able to get sex out of it for the first two weeks though before various tenants' laws start to rape you in the ass.
