Letting a dancer, escort or civvie live with you as payment

How feasible is this for a single guy? Id imagine the concerns would be a guy who demanded too much time, or a woman who had a SO.
Say you had a nice 2 bedroom condo, would you be able to set something up where a dancer or escort or civvie is basically your roommate, but instead of her paying half the rent, they just have to pay you with an hour of sex or lapdances every week, along with keeping the place clean and maybe paying $100 or $200 utilities a month.

Are there legal issues that can result, like can they gain access to your money somehow and try legally claiming you were in some sort of relationship and owe them money?
I suspect this may be happening already in some areas, as I have seen a couple cases where a gross looking guy had a hot female roommate sharing the apartment.
I have heard people bring foreign women and marry them, but that has all kinds of risks so I was thinking this is better. If you don’t need that extra room and don’t mind sharing your place, it would be a good use of it, so you have more cash available for other things. The value of an hour lapdance or full service every week can easily be $2000 a month if it’s someone very hot. I wouldn’t even care if she’s sleeping with other men or has a SO as long as they don’t come over.

Roommates can just be roommates even if of opposite gender. I let the (female) friend of a friend stay in my house for a while. Nothing sexual involved. I was very appreciative of how thoroughly clean she kept everything (but we didn't get along for other reasons).

In what part of the country do people pay $2500 a month in rent and only get a bedroom for it? So why would someone give you the equivalent in services and cash for your spare bedroom? San Francisco maybe? 4 hours of a hot escort's time there would probably worth closer to $8000 than $2000 in SF.

Sex work is stressful, the people who last in it (without becoming deranged) are the ones who know how to create a living situation where they can unwind and detox. A bedroom in a stranger's house is unlikely to fill that bill. Or, are you cool with living with someone who's deranged?

Ilba $2000 a month for a two bedroom, plus utilities. Downtown Nashville is that expensive, I think the dc area would be even more. NY or Seattle probably more.
Those escorts must be expensive at $2000 an hour... that is usually the famous pornstars or famous instagram models charging that high a price.
So I guess if you are giving them one bedroom its worth $1000 or so, which is $250 an hour. But its still like $250 guaranteed per week, many providers may have a discounted rate if you’re that regular of a customer.

There would be no way to enforce payment of the "rent" and without proving rent wasn't being paid, you couldn't evict until the lease expired. You probably might be able to get sex out of it for the first two weeks though before various tenants' laws start to rape you in the ass.
