I had purchased Series EE bonds for years when my kids were quite young with the plan to use them interest tax free when they were ready for college. Didn't work out that way. Oldest, a boy, wasn't very self disciplined but smart, took him to the NAVY recruiter. Youngest, a girl, not as smart but very self disciplined, went to CC for 2 years and ASU (coop plan with Mayo Clinic) for 2 years, got a BSN and hired by Mayo. Bonds turned out to be a dude, you can't claim the $1000 tax credit and interest free Bonds at the same time. Bonds come due every month now, using them like a 529 stripper plan now.

Law enforcement stated that, "We are unaware of any illegal activities taking place at any of the establishments" Yeah, and pass me another donut please.

I have two children who ended up in good careers by taking very different paths without breaking the bank. One enlisted in the US NAVY in the nuclear power program, reenlisted for two years with a $73,000 reenlistment bonus. Next reenlistment bonus that he was offered was $103,000 that he refused to get out and start a civilian career at a nuclear power generating station, now earning $150,000/year with OT. The other got a BSN for $25,000 in tuition, 2 years CC and two years at an in-state University. I definately lean toward the CC and in-state university for kids with good grades and discipline or military to grow up and receive the GI Bill for the less mature high school graduate.

If an entertainer shows with behavior that I'm important than it's good, I hate the SS. I realize that if I was ever Brad Pitt, it has no relevance to the present. Seems like $$ plays a bigger role in her making me feel important. Example, when I asked her why she responds to my text quickly when I see her ignoring others that she receives, she said "because you're important" translated in my mind as "you're spending more $$" Another one that made me laugh is she said that she liked me because "I know you're not a freak", is that a compliment?

After 25 years of going to sea and visiting plenty of entertainment districts around the world I thought it was a play on words that I quite literally and figuratively earned my nickname. Plus at the time, I thought that it was unusual enough to not be in use, I've always have wondered how SaltyNutz created his nickname.

Over 10 years ago I was looking to rent a vehicle for a week at the Seattle Airport, the least expensive by far (way less than a subcompact) was a Lincoln Contenental. We had a great comfortable week of sightseeing and in the end it was cheaper even considering the gas expense.

Antenna for local channels, Netflix mostly for their original content, currently watching The Queen's Gambit, sign-up for trial memberships if there's something I want to see as an exclusive like Greyhound on AppleTV+. Netflix seems like the best value still, even though they're raising the price for all but their SD level. Too many streaming channels are killing themselves with competition reducing available non-original content not to mention Redbox becoming the next Blockbuster (I think the last Blockbuster is in Bend OR).

As my ATF told me, "I'm an actress, an entertainer, enjoy yourself". She also shocked me once saying, "Strippers lie". No need for drama, let her know what you are looking for and let her entertain to your desires, don't make more of it than it needs to be, you're paying to have fun.

New meaning of PC (pathetic club). I'm getting an airbag recall done at a dealership on Camelback Rd and decided to wait in HighLiter instead of the dealership customer lounge. Five PLs hanging out using their cellphones, one dancer, empty stage at 1PM. Actually really sad to remember what the SCs in Phoenix were like less than a year ago. I wonder how these clubs can survive in this COVID19 environment. Butterfly, Katana, Brittany...... Where are thou???

@desertscrub - STARZ has some exclusive original drama series that are popular with a certain demographic, Outlander is probably their most popular along with The Spanish Princess or their SC series P-Valley.

@nicespice in Singapore that "shopping mall" was most likely Orchid Towers aka Four Floors of Whores. The first time in Singapore, we got the local inbriefng about being out in town, we were told that in the clubs to not leave with the best looking girls, the ones with the best clothes, hair and makeup because we might end up being very surprised back in a hotel room, instead pick a plain girl in t-shirt and jeans. Singapore has a great idea, there are legal areas to find entertainment, Geylang on the numbered streets were the fishbowl shops - pick by number, another area mostly for locals, and one area of ladyboys.
