OTC has always meant “outside the club” as far as I know.
Recently, however, I’ve seen a number of reviews where it means “over the clothes”. Need to keep the jargon consistent to avoid confusion. Doesn’t OTP (over the pants) work for this?

To follow with @heaving's answer, Over The Counter where you get some generic civvie girl to fuck who's similar to the stripper where you'd otherwise get an expensive 'prescription' from the club with however many refills, but the civvie is just the cost of dinner and drinks.

The confusion really comes from calling using OTC in the first place to describe activities that are not in the club.
I suggest we instead refer to that as “free range beaver”. FRB for those that hate to type.

I remember a post referencing OTC and the description of the act seemed odd - even for my tastes. Then someone clarified the reference being an over the clothes lap dance.
For those who enjoy sharing LDK tips - OTC - Overly Thin Chinos.
