I’ve not gone and searched for my first true crush. I have avoided doing that with my subsequent girlfriends too. I feel that little good can come from finding a Facebook profile of an old flame.
If I see an old girlfriend while I’m at the store or traveling, it would likely be very nice to see them. But, I won’t search for them online.
My 40 year high school reunion was a few weeks ago. A buddy sent me a few photos. Folks haven’t aged well. I couldn’t recognize anyone in the photos.

I’ve not gotten into the details of many dancers personal situations, so I don’t have experience with dancers going down that path.
However, I worked for AT&T during the late 1980’s, and I saw lots of folks get hit hard during the post divestiture years of layoffs. There were many folks who had good jobs with AT&T and living at or above their means. In NJ there are some beautiful towns in Morris county. Those areas aren’t cheap.
Back in the old days, the phone company was a monopoly and they could raise rates. Things changed dramatically when they broke up the phone company. Some folks did very well, but many didn’t plan (especially in the ways Shailynn described) so they suffered. Lots of folks had to sell homes and start renting - or move to less expensive areas.

I’m guessing some jurors are unhappy about not being able to take a trip to Shotgun Willies. If I got a trip to a strip club as part of jury duty, I might enjoy it.

Sadly, a hot dancer in a club that charges by the song, can easily do this ROB stuff and do well.
If a customer has enjoyed several drinks, and then he takes a hot girl for dances, it’s easy to get distracted. Having a nice set of tits in a guys face, and enjoying a cock stiffening grind - can cause a guy to lose count.

It’s a British show - but I doubt The Benny Hill Show would have gotten so popular here now. I thought it was great silly comedy.
The premise of Hogans Heroes was pretty amazing - but brilliant for a comedy! That wouldn’t likely make it these days.
Friends would be fine. They would need to have a more diverse cast, but that’s likely all.
All in the Family wouldn’t get on TV. There are folks who see Archie as the true American worker - and they see Meathead as those who are useless and live off of government assistance. If it did get out on TV, I’d be interested to see how millennials view Meathead.

I was thinking of North Dakota possibly.
Also, Iowa seems a bit boring. I know it gets interesting every 4 years when they have their caucuses.
I have been to Utah and the natural landscape is beautiful. There are great ski mountains too. Even with the Mormons trying to keep it unfun - it’s got some good times.
Also, I thought about Idaho. But I found some great parties when I was in Sun Valley. Beautiful mountains and great skiing.

I agree with Rod. Newark is a shithole and Camden has surpassed Newark as being a more dangerous shithole.
To be honest, there are a few eastern Pennsylvania cities that suck. They were once centered on coal or steel and they now have no reason to exist as cities. Two that come to mind are Scranton and Reading.
In terms of Connecticut - I agree on Hartford, Bridgeport and New Haven. I agree with Rick as I’ve seen store parking lots with fences and barbed wire around them. That is never a good sign.

One additional word of caution. If you try to substitute civilian sex for strip club sex, make sure you don’t begin a committed relationship.
If you are in a committed relationship and relapse into strip club sexual encounters, you can hurt the civilian girl you have begun to see. You will likely feel much worse because of the pain of relapse and hurting the civilian girl.
I don’t think it’s the strip club sex that’s addictive. It’s the release of brain chemicals from the strip club encounters.

My experience is primarily in the eastern USA.
New York City is great for activities. It’s also a good walking city.
Boston is a great city with a rich history. It’s another good walking city.
Philadelphia is a good old city with a rich history. It can get sketchy in certain areas after dark. When you are in center city, it’s good for walking too.
DC is a good place for history and for exploring. There is too much to do - regardless of the time you have. But, again, certain areas can become sketchy after dark. It’s a good city to walk too.
Providence is a very cool smaller city. Great downtown and good spots to eat.
As I get out of the northeast, cities seem to become more spread out, and it’s very different. Some cities are so geographically dispersed, it seems that they are not cohesive. I liked Jacksonville Fl, but the downtown seems like a different location when compared to the outskirts (that are largely suburban).

If you feel addicted to the feelings you get from going to strip clubs and strip club sexual encounters, it can be a challenge.

Fill your time with activities that you enjoy and that occupy your mind (to take your focus away from strip club sex). That is a starting point, and it may not work. If you are truly addicted, you should try to find a good therapist and begin trying to find coping techniques that work for you. This is a very personal situation, and you should be open and honest with your therapist.
In true addiction cases, your brain will actually release dopamine when you are in a strip club, and you will feel a rush of excitement similar to a drug induced type of high. Those are cases where therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques may be required.
If you don’t want to go the therapy route, you should find some other physical activity that you love, and try to get involved in it. It can be very useful to reach a point where endorphins are released through physical exertion so that you can enjoy a similar (but still different from strip club sex) exercise high.
