For the longest time, I assumed custies didn't care about the feet (except for the foot kink guys, but I think I've only run into 1 in my 5 1/2 years of dancing). I remember one day I was asking another dancer if platform heels or ankle boots went better with the outfit I was wearing, and she said "I always wear heels. Guys like to see skin. Yeah, Wackos is the only club in Jax (that I'm aware of) where all of the girls charge double for couples. That's the downside of going if you bring a girlfriend with you, which is why I prefer getting dances by myself if I find myself there.
And what the dancer charges beyond the base price for a dance is not my business unless I want a dance from her, and if I ask her for one, I'd like her to tell me BEFORE I commit to a dance if I have to pay more, not after. That's the only thing that irks me because I know they do it to try and trap the customer.

^ Literally, same. I've walked in through the front entrance of hotels plenty of times by myself or with a visitor alongside me because my logic is "They have no good reason to question me".
But if it's an option, the side door can definitely save me the social anxiety.

That's really interesting. Maybe it was my luck, but I can't ever recall a time I was reprimanded or marked as suspicious for staying by myself at any chain hotel owned by Marriott. But if that happens pretty prevalently, then I feel like that would add on another point to the lower end hotels and vacation rentals. Usually I prefer Doubletree, Fairfield, or La Quinta (depending on location). I always prefer someplace with a side door/entrance, but I won't be spooked if the place doesn't have one.
But that was one of the factors to me as far as deciding where to book, considering I can work from anywhere I travel. I've never dealt with neighbors any more nosy than saying "hi" to me in passing when I'm staying at a rental home. Usually they're all asleep by the time I'm inviting someone to hang out or play (past midnight or something like that.).

I was just watching some videos that some people recorded and shared on Reddit. The most jaw-dropping one I've seen was from a passenger recording in a car where they were driving what seemed like a good number of miles away from the explosion, and they still had their windows shattered and airbags deployed from the shockwave. Shit's scary.

^ There are two people I know that live near the beaches that have big cacti growing in their front lawn, and they've been there for years. If part of it dies, it eventually grows a new piece.
As for me, I just have a bunch of small potted cacti that sit by the window. I spritz them with water maybe once every other week, and they've been thriving for over a year now. I can't do that with any other plant.
