Point is the irrelevance of what strippers consider "classy" vs. most or our priorities.
Going up a flight of stairs into a balcony overlooking an empty strip club doesn't make the girls look any better. It's the same girl, she's going to do basically the same thing. She's just going to want more money for it, and you'll owe the club a chunk of change too.

They have "chips" at pandoras. But they are usually more virtual in practice.
I have used them without actually seeing the chips, after finishing a dance that you don't have cash for you go to the counter and buy them for the girl where they automatically put them in her account, no actual exchange of the chip. But I have seen them once a long time ago, unaware if they charged my card for more than I owed the girl that's what I got for change.
I'm sure they take a cut of them.
I try and avoid it, take enough cash. And usually after paying that girl for the dances that cost more than I walked in with it's time to go.
But I think you can actually ask for and get the chips if you want...
And for ATMs, get an account at Schwabb, they refund ATM fees!!!

Kittens has a bit of an issue for a harassing stream of high pressure VIP sales when you first get there.
I haven't been to Portland in many years, but popular opinion is that it's better. (and they sale alcohol, which is illegal at strip clubs in Washington).

I liked the clubs I visited in San Antonio and Dallas far more than places in St Louis, Baltimore, Memphis or anywhere in Ohio.

At a couple of the "dream girls" clubs just outside Seattle (Tacoma) I've had FIV and the little guy pulled out for direct contact grinding on rare occasions.
But overall, far less "mileage" than the independent clubs in Seattle.
Playing the averages, Deja Vu is just not where to go if that's what you want. If you have some other reason for going there finding extras is always possible if you're willing to invest enough.

I used to travel a lot for work, 20 different cities in 2019. I'm well aware I often drive around like I'm lost, trying not to make quick last minute lane changes when I suddenly realize I'm supposed to turn there, or pulling out on to the road and waiting to see if google's going to tell me to make a U turn...
But in Memphis, EVERYONE was driving around like that.
I brought it up with some of guys who lived there and got a ton of laughs, yep, nailed it. They couldn't understand why either.

Beware of what they base their judgement on, could be how nice their changing room is or because they aren't aware of other girls were offering high mileage dances.
Also, if I remember (I've only been there once, years ago, drunk) they have balconies overlooking the main stage? For the ballers who want to pay extra to be treated like they are paying extra.. "Classy"?

crime spiked recently. FBI stats are published slowly, I doubt they have a report on 2020 yet.
A lot of the California cities listed as safe are just large neighborhoods. The kind of places you could drive through daily for a year and never know where they are of that you were there. Probably true of most of those place, not just the ones in California.
I made it to 4 of of the top 5 in 2019!!! Only missed the strip clubs in St Louis cause there really aren't any, without going to Illinois.
