The NYT reported that the ATM Hoffman used had a $200 limit per withdrawal. And he withdrew that 6x over the course of about an hour.
Which matches my experience of ATMs in grocery stores, bars, etc having relatively low withdrawal limits. Probably more about sticking you with the non-bank fee multiple times than about deterring muggers from forcing you to empty your account at gun/knife point.
I do my banking with one of those too big to fail banks and I live in NYC. The preset withdrawal amounts go up to $1000. Once the withdrawal amount goes north of $200-300 you're almost guaranteed to get some $50 bills.
I've never tested how much I could withdrawal from an ATM in one go, because when I'm getting >$500 I usually want it in specific bills. So I take care of those withdrawals at the teller window.

I walked out of the club with a stripper at the end of the night. And with her to her car, as I had taken a cab there.
I was a little surprised as it was a very nice club that I would have expected to discourage that behavior.
I was a little paranoid about what if the parking lot was under LE surveillance. All it would take for any cover story to fall apart is splitting us up and questioning us separately. Then what if she had an established rap sheet, party favors on her, etc.

Not recently, but I did spend a lot of time in the past going through old threads. Reading dancer perspectives was interesting, and I think it has helped my strip club adventures. Particularly on the many ways I'm being hustled. But after a while, I felt like I wasn't really getting anything incremental from it. So I stopped.

I'll echo zipman and rockstar's comments. You seem to be too into her. But, I think everyone who embarks on this as a hobby goes through that learning process. So hopefully everyone's comments will help you get through this stage.
My take on your questions:
That stuff happens all the time in VIP. Don't assume you're special because you got that treatment. Assume she does that with very guy that goes back there with her. Regardless of whether they had a long interesting conversation at his table, or whether he walked into the club for the first time, saw her, flashed his bankroll at her and said "You. Me. VIP. Now. Bitch."
1) In terms of how to line up OTC, I think Dougster's motto is a good place to start: just ask. If she does it for money, she'll tell you how much and off you go. I personally think there are some girls who are more selective about who they see OTC. Since I believe that, I think technique can matter. I think this thread is helpful in that regard:

2) Assume there's 0% chance she's into you. Assume she's a great actress and a great hustler.
3) She won't have any problem keeping this no strings attached emotionally speaking. It's always the customers who struggle. Especially newbies. If you want to make this your hobby, I'd suggest starting off by going to many clubs and interacting with many dancers. You'll see how alike they are in their hustle and this one dancer will probably seem less special to you. I kind of think that having a dancer you focus a lot of your strip club attention on isn't for beginners who don't know how to keep their feelings in check.
4) Don't buy her presents. At best she won't care, at worst she'll think you're creepy. Don't tip her big either, you're basically saying rape my wallet. She'll be happy just to have your repeat business.

Mine is to visit a club in a different state, meet a dancer on night 1 and arrange for an extended OTC session the following day that would involve some non-sexual hanging out, dinner, and a high mileage champagne room type experience back at the hotel. For a reasonable price. To be clear, no sex.
I like the challenge of it on many levels:
- being a visitor in a city, as part of a guys trip or biz trip, puts a deadline on making it happen. Way harder than paying a home town favorite you've cultivated over time who knows you well and is comfortable with you.
- having to identify a girl who is up for OTC activity
- I'm a snob for looks, she'd have to be a strong 7 or higher
- the reasonable price thing is important. Because I see it as a test of my strip club game. For big money, a lot more dancers would do it. Or an escort. Getting a good looking stripper to do it for a reasonable amount of money would suggest there's some real chemistry there and that you made aspects of the proposition sound like a fun way to make money. And that your strip club game was good enough to get her to trust you in a very short time period on what you've proposed.
In addition the challenge, I just like the idea of being in a different city and having a GFE type day with a hot interesting girl.
I took sex out of the equation because a) it's not vital that my stripper interactions involve it and b) I feel that would be too hard to accomplish. I might as well say my SC bucket list goal is to spot Bigfoot in a club.

@ilbbaicnl - over the years I have learned through experience that I'd rather spend money on experiences rather than material objects. When I first started making money, I started getting into clothes, shoes, and some collectibles. But I quickly realized it didn't do much for me. I have since pulled back my spending on material stuff (clothes, etc) to what was was functional. Leaving excess cash flow for food, travel, and - of course - exotic entertainers.

Travel is my biggest splurge. Good food comes in second, with strippers a pretty close third place. After that, nothing comes close.
