This is a big development. Guess at this point am interested in the following:
-Coliseum- what is their fate these next few weeks regarding VIP and their curtains?
-Flight Club - is it true they were just raided? Any fallout?
-Truth - the new big club that just opened on 8 Mile I believe New Year’s Eve. Haven’t really read anything about the club yet. VIP? Curtains?
-Penthouse - have read curtains back up in 3 weeks to closed down in 3 weeks.
In the meantime will be curious to read what people are hearing.

The curtains at Penthouse last night were up and alive and well. Same at Coliseum. Probably done for the year heading up to Detroit until February or March.

Just got in - pretty normal looking sized crowd. 3 dancers on stage at time. Last Friday this time just 2 per.

Have done from Columbus, Ohio to Detroit, Michigan and back same day which is about 6.5 hours round trip. Between that and 3-6 hours clubbing it can make for a rough drive home same day so anymore will stay overnight at least one night.
Heading up this Tuesday through Friday in fact. :-)

As someone who travels to Detroit 5-6 times a year to club, I have to say visiting TJ HK is intriguing. Will come down to having the guts/balls to just do it sometime.

Between what could easily be interpreted as a bunch of SS, with an abusive psycho boyfriend no less, I'm a bit shocked you would partake in OTC with them.
Me personally - I don't like drama, and while I can sympathize I don't like hearing a bunch about it. So at some point I would have been turned off. But glad everything worked out for you.

I'm in the $400 - $600 range too. That said, had a rather economical 2 day trip in Detroit where I only spent about $300 Thursday and $450 Friday when I had budged $600 for each day.
If I visit my one local club my range is about $70 - $150 per trip.

Was in Detroit Thursday and Friday. Was at Coliseum Thursday from around 5:00 - 8:30, and at Penthouse Friday from around 4:00 - 8:30. Curtains were up and business as usual at both clubs. Notable observations:
-VIP was temporarily closed at Coliseum when I first got there. Have noticed this before on other visits. Thinking this is because something has tipped them off or has them nervous at that moment about LE. In my experience these instances have always been temporary - i.e. 1-3 hours, then the VIP is back open as normal.
-Crowd seems a bit on the light side Thursday at Coliseum; both when I arrived and when I left. There were plenty of girls - they had 6 stages going the whole time I was there. The clubs 13th year anniversary party was Friday so maybe people were waiting for Friday.
-Same observation regarding the crowd at Penthouse on Friday - just a tad on the light side. They had plenty of dancers - pretty much 4 stages going the whole time.
-Dancer quality was not good. There was one popular PHC dancer there who is hot, but not much else. Did run into a newer dancer who has only been there a month or so who I thought was hot and did a couple of VIPs with her. Otherwise, was going to bail for Flight Club.

My ignore list is pretty long. Has nothing to do with being a community or village or supporting open forum free speech - imo strange analogies. It's about what makes reading the forum most enjoyable for actual strip club related content and efficient.

Just one - my first time visiting to Coliseum in Detroit. The fight was a total mood killer for a few minutes and had me wondering about Coliseum. I snapped out of it though and have continued with Coliseum visits without witnessing any other incidents.

I did a 3 night, 4 day trip this summer clubbing in Detroit. It was great. Did Tuesday night through Friday late afternoon - heading home Friday evening.
Actually heading up this Thursday and Friday for a 2 day/night trip. Would like to do another 3 night, 4 day trip in October before the holidays and before I get slammed at work in January.
As someone who visits Detroit 5-6 times a year to club - I'd stick with the sure things: Penthouse Club, Coliseum, and Flight Club. They are all about 25-30 minutes from each other. I'm not big into club hopping. I'm good hanging out at one of the clubs for up to 6-7 hours, or driving from one to the other if the talent is lacking at my first stop, but that's about it.
In my opinion, one of the biggest decisions is when to hit the clubs. As others have mentioned there can be some excellent dayshift talent at Penthouse Club and Coliseum. In my opinion thought the ratio of hotties increases with nightshift. I would never do Flight Club dayshift. That said, my plan this Thursday will probably be to hit the club around 5:00-6:00ish. I'll catch the tail end of dayshift (mainly as a scouting trip for Friday if someone catches my eye) and then stay however late into nightshift. If I were to get a sense the talent is lacking by around 8:00 or so, it's early enough in the evening to hop to one of the other clubs. I'd avoid trying to get to these clubs too much later in the evening than this, otherwise it can be pretty busy Thursday - Saturday. I've never stayed at Coliseum past 10:00 in the evening, as the evening crowd can be a bit younger and potential to be a bit rougher. The late night crowds at Penthouse and Flight Club are fine.
All this said, the interesting dynamic right now is Penthouse and Coliseum being in the City of Detroit and the whole issue with LE and the curtains. Penthouse and Coliseum are my clear cut 1a and 1b. If I were to get an uncomfortable vide, or if something were to happen at some point with these clubs, my primary club would become Flight Club, and would at that point probably give a club like Cricket a shot.
I stay at Hyatt Places in Livonia, Novi, or one time in Utica. Livonia is going to be closest to Penthouse. Utica closest to Coliseum. Novi seems to be the furthest away from them all, and the 4pm to 6pm traffic gridlock is too much for me to bother with Novi anymore. So the majority of the time now I stay in Livonia.

When in Detroit I stay in Livonia which is a nice suburb. Two quick turns from my hotel and your on 8 Mile. But it is really nice. About 4-5 miles into the drive it progressively starts to get worse. Anyway, I never feel unsafe driving on 8 Mile day or night. Have stopped for late night snacks on 8 Mile right near Livonia; otherwise would never consider stopping for anything on 8 Mile day or night except for the clubs which are all valet.

Pretty quickly - as soon as I've heard her talk. Like I tip her on stage because she is beautiful, but when she comes to my table she sounds totally uninterested, says something mean, rude, racists, etc.
My all time story though is one time sitting with a girl at a booth. My back was to her when she joined me but her face was really pretty. We talked for a good 20 minutes and it was a great conversation. When she was called to stage she got embarrassed and I wasn't sure why - she was really pretty, had an attractive personality to me, and was curious to see more of her. As she got up and walked away from me, her whole body was literally covered in tats. I'm talking all over her legs, back, and ass. I'm not a tat guy but am fine with a couple, but I had never seen anything like this before and it was obviously an instant turn off.

The legit massage place I got has me start face up, and finish face down. So there is no opportunity for anything to happen "on the flip".
My massage therapist is pretty hot - most times will wear yoga pants and a tank top that will show a nice amount of cleavage. In the winter time she will have a sweatshirt on and when she goes to start the massage will take it off and have a tank like shirt on underneath.
All this said, I don't think anything extra would be offered but I do wonder sometimes what if....
