I used to really enjoy the burgers at Schieks back in the Twin Cities; thought they were among the best in the area. Then they got a five-star gourmet chef and the quality of the burgers plummeted.

Actual face-to-face relationships are sadly becoming a thing of the past, I think. On some level, kids are probably thinking they have greater intimacy (and probably more bravado) through e-communications than when they're facing someone.

I really couldn't get into Guardians. A big part of that might've been the bar that Whedon set with The Avengers and all of the over-hype that led up to Guardians. I thought the best acting of all of them came from Rocket and Groot. I remember the comics from the '70s, too; I halfway expected Vance Astro to be the leader of the group again.
Mikeya02, Thanos has been in one or two of the movies. He was in one of those quick scenes during the closing credits of The Avengers, and I want to say he was in another one during the closing credits of Guardians (I just don't remember that well).

Clubber -- George W. Bush, easily one of the dullest pencils in the box. If he had even a teaspoon of sense, he wouldn't have started the wars in the Middle East, which became prime recruiting campaigns for Al-Quaeda (sp?) and ISIS. Sure, Hussein was a corrupt and evil bastard, but he was a necessary one because he kept a pretty tight lid on things.

I'd tip. The guy's filling in as a server, and servers get tipped...typically.
There was only one time I stiffed a server at a strip club. I was there three or four hours, and she only got my drinks for me, maybe, twice. The other three or four times, I went to the bar to get them myself. It was a slow night at the club; she had customers at probably three tables in a section of about twenty tables. I saw her in her section sporadically; what I saw her doing most was standing at the rail of her section, her back to her customers as she watched the stage shows. Nuts, I had even ordered some food and she got that wrong, too. Then when it came time to sign for my tab, she had the audacity to ask why she didn't get a tip. Yeah, I gave her a detailed list of reasons why.

Had a similar situation back when I was a manager trainee at a mainstream bookstore in the Mall of America. A week or two after Christmas, a freak of nature jerked off on a 15-year-old girl's jacket, a jacket she had just gotten from her grandmother for Christmas. Yeah, that was a fun situation to deal with.

There are only two within an hours' drive of here, neither of which is worth my time or money.
The first is very over-priced and nothing but air dances (nuts, I'm not going to shell out $125 for 15 minutes in their VIP room for that). The other was an overpriced dive bar that gave dive strip bars a bad name; I don't see it listed here or on stripclublist any more, so I have a feeling it's probably closed down.

I don't see it as dominant or submissive but as participating or spectating. In the no-touch clubs, it's definitely spectating; in the hands-on clubs, it's as much as the agreed-upon boundaries will allow between the parties involved; and then there's the spectrum of everything in-between.
And it's really a matter of perspective, too. A few years ago, I went back for a couple bed dances with a very attractive dancer. Beforehand, she was pretty touchy, trying to hold my arm or my hand, pretty much not letting go, and the same after. When we were done, she said she enjoyed dominating me. Me, I took her actions as needy and clingy.
