Cite the source from where I read it a few years ago from a newspaper? It might have been a AP story or I don't know. All I know that the article shocked me so much that I remembered the stats within a few percentage points for each group. Also I noted that the rate for men was half of what it was women. Why I don't know it article didn't say. No matter if it's from a black or white women the rates are quite high. If you guys don't want to believe it its up to you.
