Mikey, I don't know about a western movie but Fire Bush was an Indian maid in the TV series Son of the Beach. She was played by Joanna Balasco.
That show had some interesting character names like the aforementioned. Among those were Pocelin Bidet, Vinnie Fellachio, Areola, and B. J. Cummings.
