Juice, as you well know, the key is supply and demand....
Supply. Just line up a bunch of the right girls (as I know you can) and they will pull it off for you....It's imperative that you assemble a stable of ALL the HOT dancers in you're region....leverage that vast sc network you've built....
Demand. Then get this bevy of "Juice" girls to collude and agree to "NO EXTRAS" ITC. All "Juice" girls will make it clear to any interested guys that high mileage is available, but only OTC through "JUICE" at you're then prevailing rates....
Transaction Management after that.....Seriously Juice, good luck in all your ventures....luv ya man....

The club I frequent has one billiards table in the most remote, out of the way place possible. It is on the third floor of this upscale club and is only accessible to club members. It is in the corner of the room near to several large windows that offer a great view of the city skyline. No harm, no foul - as the 2nd & 3rd "members only" floors of this club are very spacious....
Now, I happen to love to shoot stick. I've had a pool table myself for years and love to play with GF's, buddies, socilaizing and at party's. Even at the club, I love to play with my CF....so, IMO - it can work, and has a place if done the right way....
I totally agree though if the club doesn't have the space - forget about it. If it attracts a gekefest, forget about it.

mjx and Club_G -- this is my experience on the matter....
I've seen girls with the uncanny ability of getting busy just before they'd otherwise come up in the rotation. Other times, I've seen girls be/get with their high roller's for the bulk of the night to avoid. Many times I've been asked to (and did) pay off the DJ to skip the particular girl that I'm with in the rotation. I've occasionally seen the dancer themselves pay off the DJ or beg the DJ to keep them off the stage....
Personally, if my ATF, Fav or girl I happen to be with DOES do the stage while I'm on the meter - I dig it....I'll make my way up to perv row and lay a 20 or two on the rail and enjoy the show....

btw, though I sport meager "Clubs Reviewed" and "Total Reviews" tuscl numbers - I am not a newbie!!! Spanning almost 20 years, I've been to dozens of clubs in both the USA and Canada. Those numbers suggest only that I am new to these boards....

Two of my three ATF's worked Monday's. They both qualified as headliner's whenever they worked, but each said the same thing - that on Monday's guys really wanted to come in because they'd had enough of their wives over the weekend. And these guys would spend, not necessarily be coming in just to drink...so, from the dancer point of view, it was good to work Monday's....
The other thing both ATF's were very verbal and enjoyed conversation....Monday's w/o the typical crowds, louder atmosphere, etc - would provide ample opportunity for banter as well....imo, this type of laid back verbal exchange helps solidy a club relationship and foster more "regular" Customer traffic for the savvy dancer....
