I don't see what the problem is. Does Houston have a "no moonlighting" policy? That would be very unusual for a police department. We had a sex scandal here in Detroit last year and the Chief of Police was "forced to resign" (I'm not sure how that's different from being fired). But in that case he was having an affair with an Internal Affairs officer. Simply doing outside modeling work doesn't seem like a problem. Is there more to the story?

I can't read the blue-on-black notification that an ignored user has commented, so it doesn't bother me that much. I would prefer it wasn't there but it's not in the list of top 500 things that annoy me in the world.

I care, and I'm outraged over the drone war, targeted killings, DHS/TSA, warrantless wiretaps, and more things that Bush invented and Obama not only hasn't squashed but has actually expanded. But I don't complain about them here because I'd rather talk about strippers.
