Had a black friend with benefits who was deceptively stacked. She used to wear lots of sweatshirts as civilian clothes. But when she was naked on her back, they just disappeared. And I would think, "Shit, where did they go?" But she would sit up and everything was all better.

For some odd reason Tuesdays seem to be decent. Slower night, better vibe, but not desperate. I feel like I can walk in with low expectations and always exceed them. But being a trapped married guy, roaming around on any Tuesday night is suspect.

They have these "private" clubs that require a membership, and some sell a one night membership that amounts to a cover charge. There are other public bars that usually have a cover. And I can't think of a juice bar in Kansas right off hand, but there might be some.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over the girls getting catty and "jealous". Let them know that you will continue to play the field and you could even hint that their behavior might drive you away from the club. (Only a bluff, but they don't need to know that.)
Some of the more remote clubs can be real gems. Can be good if local LE just don't care. My experience with champagne rooms is that there is even more security and you get the same or less in there in mileage.
In the right club, with the right girl, you might get lucky with just LDs. A good sign is a dancer that likes to take off your belt, unbutton some of your buttons, run her hands under your shirt, pinch your nipples, reach into your pants, move the g-string as she pushes her cootch into your face, untucks your dress shirt so that she can get her hands under the tails. I had a fav that knew how to get my head just above the waistband and she did a lot of quick licks when she could get away with it. One night she was especially frisky and inserted my fingers for an energetic fingerbang for a song or two (which she unmistakably enjoyed) and then took in the johnson for a short while until I saw two bouncers together looking our way and pointing. I didn't mind *her* getting a little possessive. But this was after several visits and we had spent some time together. It is fairly rare, but you can tell if there is a connection developing.

The ages-old cat-and-mouse game. Every time I hear about a new site or bulletin board or successor to Craigslist or whatever, I always think that LE has also heard about it and is already busy mocking up some type of sting. I usually figure that by the time I hear about it, it is already too late.
Do you suppose that there is any cooperative LE effort that tracks with the Superbowl locations? Will Arlington PD send some guys to help out Indy next year? I suppose this will always be an issue with these moving testosterone-fests.

No, I'll assume it is mostly true. And the dressy babes ARE the hottest. There was one dancer years ago, Collins, who spent most of her time in a white sequin long dress and heels, and the elbow-length matching gloves. Black wavy hair halfway down her back. Hot as a firecracker. She had a way of sitting in your lap and kissing your neck and grabbing fistfuls of hair and devouring you. Then she would slowly walk away and do the same on the other side of the stage. You would drink a beer and cool down and then you'd look up and notice her sitting in a another guy's lap but staring at you, like a lioness and you were a lonely lamb. The really good ones are masters at keeping all their plates spinning at the same time without anyone noticing. Your girl probably had a better offer come up (an OTC regular) or she made her tip-out and more and didn't need to stay. I had a fav once who had regulars that would pay the usual rates while I would be there for a short time but tip generously. She called me one day but had overbooked herself. I was there at the same time one of her other regulars was there. You should have seen her bouncing between the tables trying to keep us both satisfied. A slick line of SS!

I've been thinking about what would be a good motel room for such a dance session. Is the common approach a crappy room at the no-tell and clear out after an hour? Or try to get a better room at a reputable chain? What if you are looking at more of a 2-3 hour block--does the price to the dancer double or triple?
I've been thinking about this idea: what about a casino? Their rooms are probably decent, and they may be used to people checking in at odd times during the day. Maybe they have decent rates to try and lure in gamblers. The downside is that they probably don't have any nonsmoking rooms. lol Man, if I have to pay for the time, and a babysitter, and any incidentals, I'd like to get a decent rate on the room.

Thanks for the perspective everybody. I just tried her number and it has been disconnected. SOL. I just thought that there might be a thin veneer of etiquette there, dancers thinking that they would like to be treated well, so that I needed to be on better behavior unless she gave me some cues. But it seems that your collective experience is like wrestling--you need to take a shot.
Years ago a stripper gave me her number. She had made Girls of the Big XII. At dinner she had mentioned that she had herpes. That brought conversation at surrounding tables to a standstill. lol. Took her back to my place. We talked about her classes, my books, philosophy, etc. She didn't want to mess around, didn't want to stay over, lights stayed on. Had a friendly parting. I doubt she was waiting for me to offer the going rate, but who knows?

More context. It was during a bitch of a snow storm. Her kids were in the house with the babysitter, so I wasn't invited in either before or after. It was certainly a miscommunication of some kind. I guess somebody should have put a finer point on things, probably me. Looking back, I probably should have looked for a way to get "snowed in".

Loved it. A lot of subtleties that I enjoyed. So the lapper ended up marrying her. There was a little stripper in Lawrence, KS, that started tweeting as annaundercover about her dancing in the area and I just saw she got engaged. Short white girl with a nice ass. One time I was at a restaurant in Boulder, CO, and went out on the patio in front. There was a gray guy there, you know the kind, the kind of gray virile guy like in the Cialis commercials, in a navy turtleneck. Hey, Lyric, welcome aboard. I know you wanted to hear from Heidi, but I can tell you a few things from the customer's point of view. Usually, amateur night is not a good night for guys that visit this site. It is mostly a waste of our time. There are some bad clubs and bad amateurs out there and often the clubs like to milk it so that the amateur night stuff takes up way too much time. If you want to win the prize or get a job dancing there or whatever, you need to distinguish yourself from the rest of the pack. If it is a line-up or cattle call, you need to look different than the other girls.
Accentuate your assets. If you are flat, then gloves, garters, chokers, and the like help to draw the eye to your entire package. If you have a slamming ass, then the thong will show it off. And don't be afraid to be a little classy. Costume jewelry, fake pearl strands, or long earrings with sparklies are a good touch. Think flirty and not trampy. If your competition just got off the back of a Harley, you might want to look uptown.
The dancing does not have to be all high energy and gymnastics. Pole tricks can come later. Sensuous, sultry, flowing, and graceful are best. If you have had any classical dance training at all, remember how to use it. Use your eyes more than your boobs. Develop the attitude that each guy in there would give their right nut to be with you, but only you choose which one, if any, will be graced with your presence. Not bitchy, just exclusive. You are selling an illusion and attitude is everything. I have seen the plainest, mousiest, most nondescript girls ooze sensuality from the stage. Good luck.

Thanks for your answers, Heidi. I hope that I was of some help. I'll try to think of more questions. There are many customers out there that wouldn't mind talking about your job and how you manage to do what you do. Time is money, we know, but there are hundreds of men who crave more than the superficial.
It is a bad analogy, but I suppose there are numerous people who would welcome the opportunity to sit down with a professional magician, just to ask them questions about their job, maybe some inside tricks, maybe a glimpse from their perspective. On the other hand, maybe it is not such a bad analogy, since they both rely on an element of deception, and the illusion only works because the audience *wants* to believe in it.
I have a background in sociology and I am familiar with "deviant" behavior. And that would apply to both dancers and customers. Just because I might not engage in the full range of deviant behaviors (maybe just slivers of it), doesn't mean that I'm still not fascinated by it, why people do it. Strip clubs are such rich artificial places with their own mores, rules, codes, and practices. It is an environment that sprung up to fill a void. Is it a fundamental urge that men need to be visually stimulated and females need to display? If so, it has merely been commercialized.
I liked your admission that you wouldn't be a good stripper if your customers didn't think you were into them. And so much of that is the subtle, nuanced things: eye-to-eye contact, fingertip touches, breathing on the neck, locking on to a customer from across the room, a confident and flirty demeanor. All of those things are much more important than a blatant display of skin.
Interesting that you have had several dates with customers. There are numerous vets on here that ridicule any customers that would seek any OTC dates without sex. Yet, here you are. I suppose that they would see the guys as getting played and that the gifts were delusional mistakes. Maybe so, but maybe that was exactly the type of interaction they were seeking. Where would you draw the line? A weekend getaway to Vegas? A weekend getaway to Mexico? A trip to Europe? At some point the guy will probably entertain some ideas of getting you in bed as part of that package.

How can you tell that a customer will be a good long term customer?
What kind of customer might be good OTC material (if you did OTC type of stuff)?
What is the maybe the worst thing another dancer can do to you? Steal your money? Steal your most loyal PL? Cause fights?
When is it time to change clubs? Would you change clubs just to make things more interesting?
Do you see a time where you wouldn't be dancing? What would that look like? In a committed relationship? Different career? Different city?
