You All Can Relax Now (Part II of II)
You have always struck me as a guy who knew what he was doing, gmd, but I also echo the cautious words of the other legitimate vets on here. Strippers always live in the surreal world that has few reliable rules. You are slipping in her direction and she will be making the rules for you both and they won't make much sense. Best of luck.

GMD, a pretty good return on your money. Prime plush hotel fucking for a discount price. No strings and the possibility of a FFM. Nice work.

    Adversaries?
I think that GMs would react that way if their business model is to fleece customers. They know that TUSCL can warn curtsies of shady behavior. If they are treating their customers well, then TUSCL can help them. Dancers probably wouldn't care unless a review names them as a provider of extras (or provides enough info that they can be outed) or identifies them as a ROB. I haven't run into a girl yet who has mentioned that she was propped in TUSCL. So I don't bring it up. Nothing to be gained, and much to lose, if she thinks that you are wise to all of the games.

    The Sirens' Song
Interesting take. Good analogy. I think we all would acknowledge the siren's call, and to a great extent we play into it. Maybe we get a thrill out of seeing how close we might come to the shore. Many do crash in the rocks. Some of us don't think we ever will, but we get fooled. Once the glare of the sun and the reality of the baby-daddies and druggie boyfriends emerge again, we can easily steer clear.

For guys that need to mix business and pleasure--need to suit up for work and can only club in the afternoon before heading home--be aware of the material in your suit. Some suits have a silky feel to them, others do not. I had a dancer that really didn't like my wool blend suit and told me not to wear it when I come in.

My Sugar Daddy / Sugar Baby Experiment
Steve, sounds like a good time. You guys were able to navigate it under your own terms. Sounds like you did it by the Boy Scout motto: leave things better than they way you found them. Good story. But even in large metro areas, it is amazing the close calls there are. It pays to be vigilant. If you keep things completely random, then you are only subject to the odds of the world: able the same odds as getting hit by lightning, attacked by a shark, swept away by an avalanche, etc. She sounds like a good girl, and all good things must come to an end. Glad that you had a relatively lengthy and positive experience. With these type of girls, you don't have the same high-stakes drama as the baby-daddy and the three kids by different fathers and the anger issues and controlled substances. Well played.

Thorough and informative. Women need to stop this crap of "well if I had to tell you, then it loses all meaning" and just simply let us know or show us. Instead of guessing and getting us both frustrated, just tell me.

The Worst Kind of Strip Club Customers
Rose, all good points. It doesn't hurt to hear what the other side is thinking. It has always been interesting to read about who thinks they have the power in the strip club. The customers think they have it because they determine who they see and who they spend money on. The dancers think they have the power in manipulating guys into giving them money. I second the point about your pics. You look like you would give a nice lapper and I promise that I would keep the conversation to a minimum.:)

How to not Piss off a Stripper!
Okay, Stephy, I'll agree not to tell you how to dance and you can agree not to tell me how to tip. Just like the asses that come in and tell you to smile all the time, I guess I resent a dancer telling me that I had better pony up the green and be grateful for it. There is a very simple and cruel formula in the strip club: if a girl is better looking and dances better and creates a better fantasy, she will get all the tips she deserves. If she does it well enough, she will make a comfortable living. But if I'm at the tip rail and there is a surly dancer who doesn't give a shit and holds her customers in contempt, she won't get a dime from me. I won't shell out any money if it is not warranted, no matter where I sit or what the situation. Yes, I know it is a job. And I also know that every dollar I hand out had to be earned by me. In this economy, I watch every one of them. So I don't give them out because it was "expected" and I don't give them out just because there is a female occupying space in front of me. I think your message is for the hundreds of cretins that stumble into a strip club with a distorted sense of reality. Most of the guys on this site understand the game, will tip generously where warranted, and don't need that "advice". But I do have to say that you are a fox. I would try to see you move what you have. And I would look to get a lapper. But if you are one of those 9s that think she is all that and a bag of chips, the bottom would instantly drop right out of your appeal. So there's some "advice" right back at you, for what it is worth.

What Attracts you to a Dancer?
Completely agree, GoV. A 7 or 8 who has that fun, saucy attitude, and a little naughtiness (maybe does a quick rub over the pants under the table and then looks around like she just got away with something) is what I shoot for. The beauty pageant girl is almost always a disappointment. And if the saucy girl has great body awareness, a sense of grace, flexibility, great body control and sense of rhythm, and knows where to position herself and how to move. . .golden. Top it off with a great sense of timing, and you have a connection. The best don't ever have to ask for a dance. . .I have already beat them to the punch.

To go or not to go for the hottest girl?
Agreed, Alucard. But to the point, I'd say remember the old Avis rental car slogan, back when Avis was the second biggest car rental company, right behind Hertz: "We try harder". They were trying to make a positive out of a negative (that they were the number 2 company). I do think that you can shoot for the second or third best-looking dancer in the place and get some pretty good returns. The hottest chick usually just coasts.

    A Different Experience: The Flip
The use of the hair and the slow and deliberate touch and the sensuality of it all--sounds like a damn good handjob to me. I think I'd be satisfied if there was the illusion that she really wanted to be doing the things she was doing. On the flip side, FS or a BJ with a woman who really wants to be somewhere else and it shows--that's not all that much fun. Gmd, isn't that about the way it always goes? You find a keeper and then they are gone.

    Do Swingers Make Good Strippers?
One time I went to a SC that had an adjoining bar, with a shared lobby. The bar was curtained off, and they stopped me and said that there was a private party that night. I paid the cover and went into the SC. Asking around, I found out that there was a local swingers club that has an outing every month or so. They rent rooms at a motel about a block away then come to the bar/SC. I couldn't get into the bar (since I was not a member of the swingers club), but there were several swingers that drifted over to sit and watch dancers, often as couples, and I'd say the talent in the bar was far better than the dancers in the SC. I don't know if swingers make better strippers, but I gave some serious thought into joining up to see the rest of the talent behind the curtain that night.

Well written series. Lots of details that drive the story. I have no idea whether any of this was true or not, but the reader could easily see themselves in the same setting and hear the same words. Excellent writing.

    A Different Experience: The Discovery
Looking forward to the rest of the story (as Paul Harvey would have said). I have tried the occasional MP experience and have found a wide range of mostly unsatisfying experiences. There has been a big crackdown on AMPs in the area, so I don't think there will be any action there for a long time. I went to one in Denver several years ago, and it was an odd experience. Tight security and then they stuck me in a small sauna room with a terry cloth robe and made me wait for at least an hour. (I wondered if they had used a spare key and looked at my wallet that I had been locked in their mesh locker?) She was a Korean linebacker with a sort-of pretty face and her massage was pretty good. After about forty minutes, she had me lay on my back and started the hair dragging across my crotch and waited for the inevitable wood. She asked me if I wanted her to do something about it. I readily assented, but it was a quick tug and she spent more time trying to squeeze more out of my wallet before I got out of the building. Experiences since then have been walk-ins at the respectable "licensed" places, and the girls have been good masseuses. Paid the house fee and later paid tips to the girls back out at the desk. Never any conversation, never any hint of extra activity. How exactly are you supposed to leave tips for them. Do you gets undressed and then lay out some bills on the endtable and hope that they get the drift? Do you wait for them to make the first move (pull off their dress, linger a little close to the nads, whatever)? For that matter, what is their first move? Does the house fee paid at the beginning cause the desk worker guy to look the other way? I want to hear more from gmd's day out.

A Year Being a Regular: Part VI
jack, nice installment and nice series. Well-written and realistic. I have no idea if the Waffle House at Christmas story is true or not, but the point is that she made it believable and you believed it. . .and so did the reader. The stripper with a heart of gold is often wrapped in many layers of delusion. We either reject it totally or get drawn in by it. The best lie is one based on some truth, but we usually don't ever find out how much is true. A good read.

    The dancer & the client
@xsje, not a bad first effort. Now that I look back at your title, I guess it was fair warning that you were going to cover both bases: the stripper and the client. So you were attempting to write from both perspectives. I think I get it. The guys on here can lay it on pretty thick, but this is the place for "articles" and it is not well-defined what constitutes an article. You simply wrote a more impressionistic free-form article. No harm there. Keep working at it. Nearly every successful writer will tell you that they write just about every day--whether it is ever published or not, they force themselves to write something every day. Kind of like the marathon runner that gets out of bed and puts in some miles every day, whether they want to or not. Just stay at it, one foot in front of the other.

A Year Being a Regular: Part II
Well-written story. Had to agree with your assessment about how it is all such an artificial scene. If the lights ever came up, you'd probably be shocked at what you saw. A lot of makeup and lots of darkness and some alcohol will make just about any girl a "10". You talk about the hold this woman had (has?) on you, and I was about to tell you to clam up about it. But, hell, they KNOW already they have that hold and there is nothing you can do to act otherwise.
