The U.S. has tried several different dollar coins over the past few decades. None have been publicly accepted, and I don't see that another round of the same will produce any better results. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dollar_Coins_of_the_United_States Recent mintings of U.S. dollar coins: Susan B. Anthony dollar (1979–1981; 1999) American Silver Eagle (1986–present) Sacagawea dollar (2000–present) 3.12.1 Native American series Presidential Dollar Coin (2007–present)

"Free Admission" doesn't mean it's completely free to enter a strip club
@ minnow: True, my reviews since joinging TUSCL are mostly Deja Vu-operated clubs, because that's the majority of the clubs in Washington state, which are all I've reviewed since moving to Seattle in 2006. (Joined TUSCL in 2010.) However, my observations I described include a good 14 years of clubs in the L.A. area before that.

    OTC
You didn't say if you already discussed a future OTC with her while at her club. Did she specify that her giving you her phone number was to contact her for OTC? If not, she may have just meant to give it to you, so you can be certain when she's working at her club.

    My Third OTC Attempt
I've almost always set up my OTCs on an off day of theirs. It's much more relaxing that way. Of the few times I've had an dancer for OTC right after they got off work (day shift), they're sometimes tired, and it's not as enjoyable. So, I'd recommend trying for an off day.

Who is having Thanksgiving dinner w/ a stripper?
I did it just once, about four years ago. I joined the party for dessert, after my usual dinner invitation with a cousin, who coincidentally lived near the stripper. Both homes were about two miles from the club where the dancer worked. The dancer had her kids, parents, and other family members present. They were cool about her dancing, so meeting me wasn't a problem to them, although the subject of how I knew the dancer never came up. Now, off to this year's celebration, at my cousin's house.

    OVER CROWDING AT SC
I was in the now closed Rick's in Seattle about four years ago, on a Friday or Saturday night. I witnessed a raid, but it wasn't by the police department. It was the fire department. Among the lesser things they were checking for was proper emergency access, fire alarms, aisle widths, etc. What caught my attention was hat just as I was entering the building, one fire fighter was asking the door man if he had a clicker to count the customers. The door man said no, tacetly indicating he had no idea how many people were in the building at that moment. In addition to a posted seating capacity, like every business is required to, Rick's always had a rack of folding chairs for overflow crowds on the weekend nights. Obviously, the owners didn't care about fire code requirements.

Thanks Vince. The following website is my main resource for the type of "research" I do. It has plenty of links to her work. See: http://www.boobpedia.com/boobs/Denise_Milani Do you know if she did any modeling "pre-boob job?"

    Meeting up with TUSCLers
I've met four other Seattle area TUSCL members at local strip clubs. One was female. It's been a great experience meeting these members. I heartily recommend it.

@ VM: I've admired your profile pics since I joined TUSCL. But I only knew that model's name by your reference to her as "Melon Girl." She certainly deserves the title! @ carolynne: Thanks for mentioning her real name and website.

That's some pretty cool pool! I like his use of a hot babe as a "prop." That reminded me of the trick bowler, Andy Varipapa, that I saw on TV as a kid. (But he used bowling pins, not girls, as his props.) See a two-minute sample of his work: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aF1_qeTyDXI

GMD, Motor, Alucard, and I recall her very well. Lopaw and Art, see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jane_Seymour_(actress) GMD and I were referring to her 1993–1998 TV series, "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman." The You Tube clip I posted earlier was from her 2005 film, "The Wedding Crashers."

    Whatever Happened To Common Sense?
I'm into just a tiny fraction of what your fave asked you for a loan or investment. My advice: Never loan money to a dancer. I've been stiffed too many times, and most of those dancers were never seen again after the "loan" was made.

I think I would spend the five bucks to change my name
I came across an actual request for name change recently. The old last name was Farthing. If I had that name, I'd change it too, as soon as I was legally old enough to do so. Can you imagine how much abuse that guy must have taken as a kid in school with a name like that?

DreamGirls dancers broke rules," incognito "Pierce deputies report.
I've only lived in Washington state for six years now, and I'm amazed at how much priority enforcing strip club laws seems to get here. I thought that once the "Big Raid" of 2008 was over, and the key individuals were "brought to justice," the enforcment would back off. Maybe it's not as constant anymore. The area where Dreamgirls at Fox's is could use so much more police resources devoted to serious crime. Murders and gang violence are common subjects on local TV news in that part of the region; while that's all going on, I find it truly amazing cops are scrutinizing lap dances.

Are escorts turning to stripping or are strippers turning to escorting?
@ Otto22: Allow me to add to Chanel's comments. The spiked, high heeled shoes that strippers are known for should really be termed "adult entertainment industy" shoes. Porn models and actressess wear them, and like she said, you'll see others in related fields wear them too. So, don't get the idea that just because an escort is wearing eight-inch heels, she's a stripper or former stripper. As I've mentioned in a couple of previous posts, a couple of timess, I've even seen "stripper shoes" being worn in common public places.

    Favorite Asian?
For me, Asian dancers aren't particularly to my liking. I had an Asian girl friend in college, and she was great, but since then I've had no particular interest in Asian dancers. (Not too many, anyway, here in Seattle.)

@ lopaw: So you like PUNishment? @ shadowcat: In college, I was offered the opportunity to join an intramural softball team. When I asked what the team's name was, I was told, the "Master Batters." I declined to join.

Are escorts turning to stripping or are strippers turning to escorting?
I know of seven former Seattle dancers that are now escorting or have experimented with escorting since leaving their jobs as strippers. One did try it simulaneously, but got fired from her dancing job because the club where she worked found her phone number on an escort web site. (She wasn't smart enough to get a separate phone for her escort work, at the time.) She danced at a Deja Vu club here. I've also heard it said that when dancers seek employment at any of the Washington state Deja Vu clubs, that as part of their background check, if their phone numbers are found on any escort web sites, they can't get hired at the Vu clubs.

    Them Honest Stripper Stories
@ Doc: You're very fortunate. When all the "missing wallet" stories appear, I usually post that I always keep mine in my hip pocket, except when I need to take it out to make a payment. I've never lost a wallet in a strip club, or anywhere else. If your wallet is too thick and you feel the need to take it out to be more comfortable during a lap dance, perhaps you can just remove some of the excess, unneeded, contents before you leave your car.
