Detroit, and it depends on which club it is. Some clubs restrict smoking to one area while others don't care and will let you smoke anywhere in the club. It is the latter that I am not a fan of.

The highest I've ever been charged for a non-extras dance was $40/song for nude lap dances at Cruisin' Chubby's in Wisconsin Dells.
This club also offered $20/song topless lap dances. The first few times I went, I paid the $40 for nude lap dances because I love good a nice close-up view of pussy. I later learned one of the specials they offered was 3-for-$80 nude lap dances.

@DIrk - very true statement about Wisconsin. I lived there for a few years. Just about the only positive thing I can say about clubbing in that state is that the clubs there can serve alcohol and have fully nude stage dancing, the only exception being the Milwaukee area which does not allow fully nude dancing. All clubs I've been to in Wisconsin have their dance areas heavily monitored by bouncers and/or cameras. It is stricly enforced that customers can not touch dancers at all. However, if your dancer really likes you, she will give you some heavy grinding and maybe stick-shifting. No chance of getting any extras.
@Burlington - the west side of Michigan is often referred to as "the Bible Belt", because a lot of people, especially around Grand Rapids (which is the second largest city in Michigan), impose their religious and moralistic beliefs when it comes to laws. I grew up in Grand Rapids and right around the time I graduated from college, laws were imposed to ban nudity. A few clubs closed, but two are still open and operate as bikini bars. Whenever I return to my home town, I stay away from the clubs because I can get much better elsewhere. It really is Detroit that is carrying the weight for Michigan strip clubs. If you take away Detroit and its metros, there would hardly be any clubs in Michigan at all.

There is only thing I am going to add in addition to what has already been said. Some dancers may say something like, "yes, but that will cost $10 extra per dance".
If you get an answer like that, then you have three options:
1. Tip her extra so you can touch her tits
2. Just pay the normal price and don't touch her tits
3. Don't buy dances from her
A lot of us would go with option 3 if we are asked to tip extra.

Also, to state the obvious, it wasn't just the strip clubs in Windsor that got a lot of attention. There was also the fact that many tourists who came for the Super Bowl went to Windsor to meet escorts. The appeal mainly being because it was perfectly legal there.

A lot of great advice has already been given in this thread.
I can understand your frustration if it happens to be a small club with only 5 girls working, and the only one you are interested in is tied up with a whale for 2+ hours. However, if it is a decent sized club with 20+ girls working, there should be at least a couple other girls that are your type that you can turn your attention to.
This was already mentioned, but if your #1 choice is called up to the stage, go up there and tip her. However, give her at least $5 minimum to let her know you are really interested. There is no guarantee she will come talk to you when she gets off stage, but more often than not, she probably will stop by and talk to you at some point.
It takes time to get established with a particular girl, but once you do get established, you will be able to be the type of guy you are complaining about in this thread. Can you really fault the girls for giving attention to guys that see them regularly, and spend money on them regularly?
Like many others who have commented in this thread already, I have on occasion been the type of guy you are complaining about, but I never do this on purpose. It is the girl who has chosen to spend her time with me based on a consistent pattern of me coming in and spending money on her. I won't tell her how to do her job. Therefore, I won't tell her not to spend time with me. I will let a favorite go approach other customers after I've gotten dances with her. But since I am not a mind-reader, and naturally I won't be thinking about the needs of the other PL's in the club, the girl will have to tell me that there are other customers that would like to get dances from her, and I will happily let her go.

I don’t understand those regulations either. I started going to strip clubs in Wisconsin, where you can serve booze in a club with fully nude dancing. When I moved back to my home state of Michigan, I found it hard to justify going to a club that was only topless. I would either go to a club in Canada, or go to a fuly nude juice bar. I came to my senses and gave the topless joints a try, but that was due to the fact they are extras friendly. If the clubs around me were non-extras, I would still only go to nude clubs.

There is no doubt in my mind that a lot of collegese have a culture of sexual abuse within their athletic programs, whether it be the staff, coaches or athletes participating in such activity. The thing is, a lot of these colleges keep hush about the whole situation because of the damage it would do to their reputation if the word gets out to the public. With how much revenue a Division I athletic program generates for a college, it is more than fair for them to pay a tax that is for the purpose of helping victims of sexual abuse.

One thing I've done for the past 2 months was to set a strict grocery budget. Each week when I go to the grocery store, I set my limit at $50. In order to stay within my budget, I do find myself spending more time pre-planning my trips to the grocery store, and looking at ads to see what specials they are running. For the past 2+ years or so, I have developed some discipline and I eat a fairly healthy diet. I will indulge in some junk food on weekends so I don't feel deprived, but for the most part I eat cleanly.
Obviously, not everyone will be able to budget down to $50/wk on groceries, especially if you also have a spouse and/or children to feed. However, the point is, if you make simple changes such as prepare all your meals at home, buy the store brand over the nationally recognized brand, and buy things when they are on sale, you can save quite a bit of money.

If you like mid-tier clubs (ie, not too expensive, but not a dive either), your best bet would probably be Criket in Dearborn, which is also along Michigan Ave.

Those are all very good indicators, but in the end, it is really hard to predict how tight a pussy is going to be before you even see it.
