IDK if it's legit as in the custy actually getting ripped off this bad, or some type of buyer's remorse.
From a recent review of "Skin Cabaret" in Scottsdale, AZ:

There are not many dancers and I am told very few regular dancers - only random dancers who skip around between different clubs to avoid running into guys they scammed. These girls will say they will do stuff in exec area or VIP room and then don't do ANYTHING!... and for a LOT of money.
I did a VIP room with the best looking chick there for $600 for an hour. It wasn't worth the $600 but then I found out the next day that they ran my card for over $3700!!!!!!!
Then they lied to the cc company and they will not fix it. Frankly it wouldn't have been worth the $600 but I did agree to pay that - NOT $3700.
So even if you don't take a cc with you - and by all means don't..... this place looks nice but the dancers are just so-so and there are not many of them. I think a lot of girls wouldn't feel smart or safe about being involved in a rip off.
They even told me they have almost no local regulars and now I no why. People who go there will get ripped off and never return.
Again, even though the place looks nice it is not worth it even if you don't get ripped off ..."

I didn’t go back to look ok at who posted the review, but some of the problem here might be an inexperienced PL. Paying $600 for a VIP, and doing so with a credit card, sound like rookie mistakes.

He should have read my recent review. He would have not gone to skin, but Bourbon Street instead! I am 3 weeks new to the whole strip club scene and even I know not to use my credit card! And $600 for VIP. Have you seen the escorts you can get for that price. Amazing looking women that will do almost anything with you. Idiot

Was gonna ask this in a new thread but why do ppl go for VIP at prices higher than escorts in he same area? Less chance of LE intervention and getting robbed by a pimp, I'm guessing, but still a huge markup over escorts, even GFE.

@Pyroxil: Those are some of the reasons. Others include the fact that I like to see and talk to the girls to decide whether or not she or I will be interested, eventual OTC will likely be more enjoyable and not as rushed as an escort, and I just like going to strip clubs and seeing a variety of women.
