The club that will open around February is still under construction. Like I said, it's on the i35 access road around the city limit.

When I used to dance in the Headlights in Elizabeth City, I got a few club tshirts to use them as pajamas. When I got pregnant, they were even more useful.

I'm part of the minority of dancers who enjoy the stage. Why? Is a good workout.

Well the problem with thunder thighs and melon boobs are the following (since I had them both not too long ago for obvious reasons):
-When buying jeans, buy them jeans two or three sizes larger because of them thighs. It's very bothersome wearing a belt in the tightest loop because the waistband is way too loose.
-Bra shopping is a super expensive pain in the ass because most retailers would not carry something like 34G, and the ones that do fit are usually granny bras that look horrible and have a "minimizing" effect. Fitting cups that are "E" or above in tiny "Ds" or "DDs" is very painful.

In Virginia, besides Au&Ag in Roanoke, the following clubs are pasties free and they're all in Portsmouth:
-Hot Seat
-Lappers
-Magic City
These are lap lances only
-Headlights Gold (formerly Final Frontier)
It has stage dancing; both bikini and topless.
Don't confuse it with the Headlights/JB's in the P/Ch city limit.
The first three don't serve alcohol, but Magic City has an adjacent bikini club that serves alcohol and across the parking lot from the Hot Seat is Maddogs (which used to be one of my favorite clubs to dance at) and they have beer. Headlights Gold is divided in two clubs; the topless club with no alcohol and an adjacent club with alcohol (like Magic City, Headlights/JBs in Chesapeake, and Pure Pleasure in Richmond).

There are going to open a new strip club in Austin (right at the i35 access road; between the RR/A city limits), and for that it looks like is going to be kinda classy, but they're going to play country too (like two or three rock/pop/electronic then country, then two or tree rock/pop/electronic).

Oh, of course I kept the 50. When I kicked the dude, I tucked the bill in my bottoms. To this day, is one of the funniest things ever: gotta love dives!!!!

When I was working in Virginia, a dude by accident tipped me a 50 thinking it was a 5. He noticed and quickly wanted to grab it. I took it before him, and kicked him in the gut. He started to get rowdy with me, and was about to hit me but dodged him with my purse. The manager stood in the middle, fired me and banned me from the club.

When I was dancing in southeast Virginia (AKA, the no lapdance, no touching bikini clubs) I used to do lots of OTC. I was always upfront about that there shall not be any sexual contact from me to the customer, or vice versa. There was contact (eg. heavy grinding, etc), but nothing that could be considered sex (handjobs and blowjobs are considered sex, not just fs). Of course some complained, some liked the idea. I never asked customers for extra money because I treat this as a business, and see the customers as customers not friends or sugar daddies. I never promised anything I wasn't going to do. Plus, the fact that I also took credit cards as a form of payment and had a business license (the license was completely visible in my car window) was a sign that I was being legit. I had many repeat business, and I was referred to others constantly.
To the "they are sex workers after all". You know how condescending that sounds? You make it sound as if all dancers are just double digit high school dropouts with five different baby daddies and a meth addiction. The same way I don't see y'all as PL. Why would I do that? It's not my call to do that. There are few of us who are doing this to supplement our incomes, for retirement, and for grad/law/med school. Do not generalize, please.

From a dancer's PoV:
-Alucard hit it well when he mentioned going in the dayshift and tipping well while on stage. Kudos for that. Dayshifts tend to be slightly slower, but help us (the providers) to give you better attention.
-You haven't been specific with "your type". Please, comment more on that. Ways for you to avoid cockblocking: learn to say no to dancers, we don't take it personal because it's impossible for us to be liked by 100% of the customers. Try to stick to your type, you'll save a lot of time and energy to dancers that aren't your type.

Hey, you guys should not feel bad for those of us who choose to dance while pregnant. I danced until my 16th week of pregnancy (had to take three weeks off during 1st trimester but resume on week 14th) and I hated those customers who would say they feel bad for me doing that. If we dance during our pregnancies, is more because it keeps us active and not out of necessity; well, at least not for me since I have someone that could provide for me and I saved money before the pregnancy (it was planned) but choose to do it because I wanted to. It's very condescending from y'all when you "feel sorry" for pregnant dancers. Again, don't do it.
Dancing is an awesome workout. While I wasn't allowed to do inverts in the pole (only climb it and spins), I was able to keep dancing and stay active. I loved how toned my arms and how sexy my collarbones looked during my pregnancy, and how easy was labor because of my strong leg/thigh muscles (all that ass-shaking while squatting works wonders) Plus, there were several dudes who dig the whole pregnancy thing and loved it...and made tons from them.
I'm officially hitting back the stages around the 23rd or 24th of this month.

I started dancing in Virginia, and I danced in both pasties and bikini clubs. The money sucked soooooooo much, but it wasn't as bad in Richmond as it was in the Hampton Roads area. While in the HR area I could barely top 200 or 300 on good nights (mostly military payday weekends), it wasn't uncommon to leave the Rva clubs with 200 on a slow night and with 500 on a busy night. The only clubs in Virginia that area that are the exception to the bikini and/or pasties rule are Headlights Gold, Hot Seat, Lappers, and Magic City in Portsmouth but is only lap dances no stage shows and no alcohol. Gold and Silver in Roanoke (near the state limit of Va and WV) is totally nude, but I had never been there.
When I was very desperate for extra bucks, I'd commute to Baltimore or DC, or North Carolina.
I'm now in Texas, and it seems that the money in here is much better. Even places like Killen or Austin have better potential than Virginia!
