If you are referring to the fact that the “Camming” section of the site seems to have the most participants; I noticed that a while back when I was there but did not really read any of the posts in that section.

it made me think that a lot of these girls may be looking at the camming thing as a good way to make extra money?

I haven't seen it and I won't even look at it b/c I don't do cam sites, but it is obvious to me they hope to get guys to part with their green and not have to physically interact with them. If they can do that it's a great business tactic. Most of us on here want more than that so it is not something we will really consider.

Hope they realize they will be on the internet forever...

I had done camming, and is quite embarrassing sometimes. Why? The first time I did it (a few years ago, b4 I knew I could block geographic areas), a few guys I knew from the military recognized me immediately.

Camming is great for when there's horrible weather, I'm hurt/injured, or in a place where there aren't strip clubs around.

Yeah, I've noticed more post counts in camming section, though I haven't bothered reading there, because camsites don't interest me. I can't see paying $3/min to watch a cam model diddle herself, but apparently some people do.

FYI, I did a poll there (pink site) about interest in camsites vs clubs. Of the performers who responded, 42% dance at clubs only, 42% cam only, and 14% perform at clubs and on camsites. While not appealing to me as a customer (vs club visit), I can see how camming could appeal to a performer- being able to work out of home, no physical contact with customers, flexibility of hours, wider potential global customer base, etc.

Years ago a friend suggested that a camming site like these could make a ton of money, I of course told him how stupid an idea it was "that's what strip clubs are for"... How wrong I was.
