I frequently go to this club and, contra desertscrub, I would not consider this a shill review or club ad. I recently had a very bad experience here but when I published a review about it I mentioned that it was an abnormal experience because I didn't want to mislead anyone that the club is always like that. I have had past visits much like the one racejeff just had. I received an email at another strip club website that there is a new girl there worth checking out so I plan to go back some time next week.

The small number of reviews for this club compared to some other local clubs is not indicative of the popularity of this club. This was formerly Rick's Cabaret and those reviews were not carried over when the club changed owners and name. This is actually one of the more popular clubs in Indianapolis.

I had a big surprise earlier tonight. I went to one of the worst strip clubs in Indianapolis. Sitting at the bar by herself was one of the most beautiful strippers I have ever seen in an Indianapolis club. I asked to do a couple of lap dances with her and she agreed. While we were in the back she told me she had just moved here because a sibling lives here and had previously worked at Sapphire in Vegas. I was not expecting to see a Vegas level stripper in this club. I asked her if she made more money in Vegas and she replied "a lot more".

I go about once a week and spend about $320 per month. I used to go about twice a week and spend about $600 per month. Back then I had a favorite daytime regular who worked at the closest club to me who I would see every week and then go out a second time on the weekend. I decided not to get a replacement for her when she quit because overtime at work was abolished and my income dropped, I don't have the same level of interest in having a weekly regular, and I think she would be hard to replace. When she left was a bad time for me. She left because she discovered she had cancer, my cat got cancer and had to be put to sleep, there was an epidemic going on, and the George Floyd BLM protests leading to violence was going on.

Icee, you sound like a younger guy who likes to go to strip clubs to pick up girls using personality and looks. There is nothing wrong with that. I would guess from my trips to strip clubs and my observations in them that a fair percentage of guys there fall in that category. They aren't that common at this website, though. The guys here rely more on money, though I do see a few discussions involving how to act towards the girls. Not many discussions here about how to be physically attractive to the girls other than saying you should have good personal hygiene.
I think there is also another group of guys that is common in strip clubs but not common here. One member here recently said he just treats strip clubs like a regular bar to drink in and doesn't even care that much how attractive the dancers are. That is not the reason why most TUSCL members go to clubs but I see quite a few guys just sitting up at the bar drinking in strip clubs and not even paying attention to the girls so they are fairly common there.

I was once sitting in a club when a drunk guy sat down next to me and started talking to me. He then looked around, lowered his voice and confided in me that one person controls everything in the world behind the scenes. I looked at his face to see if he was pulling my leg, but he looked deadly serious. I then asked him who that person was. His response: The Queen of England.

It seems like there might be a spilt between old guys and young guys on the purpose of clubs, how to interact with the girls and who should be going to them. I think the old guys understand the young guys better than vice versa. Every old guy used to be young and know what it's like so they have some sympathy for younger guys but no young guy has the experience of being old. So they tend not to have any sympathy for old guys because they have no idea what being old is really like.

How gas prices affect you is not limited to what you pay at the pump. Almost everything you buy in stores was brought there by a truck and the cost of gas for that is included in the price of what you buy. The food you eat required tractors and other farm equipment, which use gas, to produce and fertilizer, which also requires gas, to produce. So as gas prices go up so do food prices.
This is partly caused by bad government energy policy which restricts supplies but is primarily being caused by government money printing to cover deficit spending which then leads to inflation. In these situations, the government usually blames "greedy businessmen" to deflect the blame. Businessmen are no greedier now than previously. This same thing happened as recently as the seventies. They tried to deal with "greedy businessmen" then with price controls but that didn't work because that wasn't the root of the problem. They had to decrease the money supply and raise interest rates, which is what we will have to do. That will likely pop the stock market bubble and lead to a major recession. I've talked to long time strippers over the years who said the last recession in 2008 led to fewer customers in strip clubs so this is likely to happen again in the upcoming recession.

How long can a country with a thirty trillion-dollar national debt keep spending several hundred billion dollars a year on a huge military in order to play policeman of the world? I would point out the Boomers are all retiring now and that will cause a drop in future tax receipts while the costs of Social Security and Medicare will explode. I would also point out we have a flood of poorly educated younger immigrants who, along with their families, end up receiving more in welfare benefits than they pay in taxes. I would also point out we have been paying for our deficit spending by printing up the money but that is now leading to out-of-control inflation that is causing people to struggle to make ends meet so we can't keep doing it.
The question here is not whether we are going to end our interventionist foreign policy. It's going to end soon because we won't have the money to pay for it. The only question is how soon that will be.

People tend to think there is one right way to live or one right way to do things and knock anyone else who doesn't agree with them. You are asking this question about some other guys bashing each other at a website where guys are always bashing each other.
Guys can attract women through physical appearance, money, personality etc. PUA types mostly try to use various forms of psychological manipulation on women. Men are not the only ones to do this. If you think women never try to psychologically manipulate men, then you are pretty naive. The PUA guys all have their own system and are competing with each for followers.
Engaging in psychological manipulation is morally questionable and I wouldn't do it, but there are certain situations where it can work. This is usually with young inexperienced women. The older and more experienced women get, the less well it will work so those tactics are less useful for older guys trying to get a same age girlfriend or sex partner. The advocates of this, though, tend to ignore the importance of other things like looks, personality, and money. These guys didn't exist when I was young and I think they became popular partly because the welfare state started to replace men as economic providers. This meant guys had to focus more on other ways to attract women. Every guy has to make his own choice here on what ways to use. When I was young I never wanted to pick up multiple women for sex, never wanted to manipulate women, and just wanted a long term relationship with a girlfriend so this sort of thing wouldn't have appealed to me if these guys had been around back in my younger days. My choice now as an old guy is just to visit strip clubs and not have a wife or girlfriend.

"Agree that there's a certain mindset at work here. For some strippers, it seems like getting over a customer gives a needed self-esteem boost, that is obviously worth it to her. If it's a busy Saturday night and she'll be busy all night with customers anyway, maybe she doesn't care."
It wasn't busy. I had been there an hour and a half and neither she nor any other dancer in the club had sold a single lap dance the whole time I was there. I do think I agree her mindset was, as you and some of the other commenters here have mentioned, an attempt to pull one over on me and it gave her pleasure thinking she had done that.
I had planned to do more than one lap dance but cut her off after one dance because of the way she acted so she actually lost money. This is the closest club to me. I've had regulars here in the past I've spent thousands of dollars on. They always treated me fairly, so I always picked them for lap dances. The honest dancers in a club actually benefit from a girl like this because she makes them look good by comparison. I won't have her as a regular. If this is a situation where she is planning to quit, she's not losing out on anything but if she is planning on staying then she needs to treat the customers fairly because Indianapolis is not a tourist destination and this is a club that depends on repeat business from locals. There seems to be a recent increase in this club and other local clubs of girls who don't grasp that.

She might have been unhappy with the level of contact during her previous experience with you, the older man she was with might have been a high spending regular she didn't want to leave, or something else. There can be a lot of reasons why a girl might not want to do a lap dance with a customer. If dancers consistently don't want to do lap dances with you on a second visit, then the problem is probably you. Otherwise, I wouldn't take it personally if one girl turns you down for lap dances in a strip club. There's plenty of fish in the sea.

It's completely illegal here in Indiana. Occasionally, I'll get a whiff of it as I'm walking through a strip club. When that happens, I always think of my college dorm forty years ago. It was used there commonly enough that I will always associate the smell of marijuana with my college dorm.

Why would anyone give my last comment a "dislike"? I am not saying I either approve or disapprove of what Roosh used to think or what he thinks now. I am just giving a description of his beliefs. I am not saying he never paid anyone for sex but his earlier books never advocated paying females for sex. They were about using PUA tactics on women to get them to have sex for free. He always had a low opinion of American woman as marriage material, which is why he just wanted them for sex earlier and why he now advocates going overseas to look for a wife now that his views have changed away from thinking the PUA lifestyle is a good one.
Once again, let me emphasize that me reporting what he thinks does not mean I think the same thing. I was married in my twenties to an American wife and had American girl friends in my thirties and forties. There are good women still out there, but you have to search for them. I found some when I was younger. Different guys want different things, and the same guy might want different things at different ages. I'm 65 now and I'm happy living by myself and doing what I like when I feel like it. I get enough female company by going to a strip club once a week and buying some lap dances and I don't have to worry about any of the strippers wanting to move in with an old guy like me as I might if I got a girlfriend my age.

The Roosh followers looking for traditional wives tend to be social conservatives, not libertarians. Roosh was originally a PUA type who looked for one-night stands here in the U.S. but a few years back got religion and then abandoned that PUA lifestyle and started advocating traditional marriages. He now thinks foreign women are less corrupted by what he considers the decadence of the West so he and his followers would look overseas for wives. The sex tourist guys would be a different category than that.

It might vary by location and club so you should just try it and see what happens. I wouldn't move to another location, though, just because you think it might be easier to become an old stripper there. Here in Indianapolis where I live the >50 strippers are mostly seen in bottom tier clubs which have to hire anyone and can't be selective. I have seen a few in the top clubs. There's always going to be a few guys who like them so a club might hire one or two to cater to that market niche.
The majority of dancers, though, will be younger and prettier than average because most guys will only spend a lot of money in a club to get something they can't get in real life. I can get >50 women to spend time with me or do something sexual with me for free so there is not a strong incentive to go to a strip club and give one twenty dollars or more for a three-minute lap dance. I would actually feel slightly insulted if a woman around the same age as I am thought she was so much better than me that she expects me to hand her money in exchange for her attention.

The concept of "my body, my choice" is inconsistently applied by both the left and the right in this country. The left is more likely to apply it to legalization of abortion and recreational drugs. The right is more likely to apply it to alternative medical treatments, such as expired patent drugs like Ivermectin or HCQ for Covid, that Big Pharma and the medical monopoly disapprove of because they make more money off of patented drugs and vaccines. Neither the left nor the right approve of commercial sex work where the woman decides, though for different reasons. To the right it is immoral and to the left it is exploitative of women. The left purposely blurs the distinction between involuntary sex trafficking and women who enter into it voluntarily.
I believe in the concept of bodily autonomy and would support it in all situations. As a strip club goer, I don't see how I can take a "freedom for me but not for thee" position that it only applies to commercial sex activities that I might engage in and not for anything else.

Rather than tell a dancer I don't want to buy her a drink, have her sit with me or do lap dances with me because she is unattractive, I used to tell them I just stopped by to get a drink. Rather than realizing I was just trying to be nice and spare their feelings, they would then get angry and tell me I should go to a regular bar. So now I tell them I'm just going to be doing some stage tipping. That seems to work as a way to get them to go away without coming right out and saying something negative about their looks.
Also, when I rate a girl's attractiveness in a strip club I'm not using the same standard I would use for picking a girlfriend around the same age as me. A girl in a strip club could look just fine but just not quite good enough that I want to spend a large amount of money to spend a small amount of time with her. I'm 65 and look good for my age but, objectively speaking, they are almost all better looking than I am.

I don't see any reason to stay in touch with a regular after she leaves the club. I'm too old to become a boyfriend and I'm not interested in being a sugar daddy. Their friendliness in the club was mostly based on me spending money on them and that friendliness level will inevitably drop when I am no longer a source of income. There is no reason for me to watch it dropping as I try to stay in contact with one. When one of them leaves, it's best to think of it as an opportunity to meet someone new.

CJKent_band, Native Americans and blacks were treated unfairly by the American settlers, but the U.S. was the first country in history to introduce the concept of freedom and individual rights and strive to reach that goal. The Native Americans still had a tribalistic mentality, often engaged in wars with each other, and because of this were unable to unite to fight off the European invaders.
No one is perfect but when making historical comparisons you need to compare the early U.S. to what came before. This country was a major advance over previous societies in bringing freedom, equality and individual rights to people. All through history there was a common belief that certain individuals were intellectually or morally superior to others and therefore had a right to rule over others. The idea that everyone is equal and therefore everyone has a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness was the founding idea of this country.
We spent two centuries slowly working to achieve that goal by bringing all races and also women under the umbrella of having freedom and equal rights. Without the founders of this country stating that as the goal to achieve, we would have never known what direction we needed to go in and made the effort to go in that direction. The result was that America became the freest and then the wealthiest nation in history, a country that people all over the planet tried to come to in order to get away from the despotic governments and ethnic and religious wars that plagued mankind all throughout their earlier history.

There is a long history of enmity between Russia and the Ukraine. In World War II the Ukrainians were Nazi collaborators when Hitler invaded Russia. A decade before that, Stalin starved millions of Ukrainians to death by confiscating their food. I'm sure you could go back further in history and find constant struggles between the two.
This type of thing, where different ethnic groups or religious groups were always fighting with each other, has been going on in Europe for centuries. Many European immigrants came to America to get away from that. They wanted to come to a country where people were judged as individuals instead of as a member of a group and had the freedom to peacefully live their lives and pursue their own personal happiness. It is a mistake for the U.S. to become embroiled in these ethnic feuds which have been going on for centuries in Europe. There are no good guys in these ethnic or religious quarrels. Usually neither side believes in freedom and individual rights and will eagerly jail the political opposition, suppress freedom of press when they get in power and try to kill each other whenever they get the chance.
