One problem with "air dances"...that I think aggravate many strip club regulars...and I'll admit this does have some "micro-aggression" to it...is this:

I think some regular strip club goers look at dancers that do air dances as "rejection". It's like they are "too good to touch you". They are too good looking to even get near you. You know the old adage, "I wouldn't touch you with a 10-foot pole"? Well, air dancers are kinda like that. They are conveying, with they behavior, that you are a dirty old man and horny pervert...and they are some prize that is unattainable and you can only admire from afar.

And, it's easier for newbies to accept this, because they see all strippers like this. When I was new to the scene, I didn't know you were allowed to even touch strippers. I thought you had to sit on your hands when they gave you lap dances. Once club goers start to learn how much goes on behind the curtains, and how blurry a line there is between prostitute and stripper...then an "air dancer" is almost a "joke" to a veteran club goer.

Nothing against you or anyone else for what you enjoy. To each their own. I was at the club last night and stage tipped more than anyone in the club for essentially "air dancing"...as appreciation for their perforamance onstage. But, I'm not judging the people that didn't nor would I be happy with air dancing in the VIP.

When I was young 90% of the strip clubs in the country were air dance clubs. They sucked. If you enjoy watching a chef cook you a fine meal and then go back to your house for a baloney sandwich, you will love air dances and jacking off with a condom so you fee "safe". fag.

Don't know if any are left, but there use to be clubs where you had to choose between topless with contact or fully nude but air dance only. I heard from dancers that there were PLs who had no interest in contact, but were very sprung on junk-gawking. I'd guess they are mostly camgirl customers now, rather the strip club customers. To me personally, porn seems much more convenient and cost effective if I'm just going to look. Many dancers seem more comfortable with touching than with PLs seeing their junk.

@Nicespice I've already had this argument with Icey back when he was Fatboi I believe. Based on my own experience in both Vegas and LA clubs I know he's full of shit when he says most clubs are air dance clubs.

A lot of clubs don't even do lap dances anymore. Lots have no touching policies. Some don't. Most grow out of concrete thinking in early childhood.

Icee, you sound like a younger guy who likes to go to strip clubs to pick up girls using personality and looks. There is nothing wrong with that. I would guess from my trips to strip clubs and my observations in them that a fair percentage of guys there fall in that category. They aren't that common at this website, though. The guys here rely more on money, though I do see a few discussions involving how to act towards the girls. Not many discussions here about how to be physically attractive to the girls other than saying you should have good personal hygiene.

I think there is also another group of guys that is common in strip clubs but not common here. One member here recently said he just treats strip clubs like a regular bar to drink in and doesn't even care that much how attractive the dancers are. That is not the reason why most TUSCL members go to clubs but I see quite a few guys just sitting up at the bar drinking in strip clubs and not even paying attention to the girls so they are fairly common there.

Treating strip clubs like regular bars is common. Especially with dives. There are a few dives I've gone to just for cheap drinks. And I think for bdays or if guys want bottle service strip clubs are cheaper than regular clubs and have much better eye candy.

I think most guys who try to pick up strippers no matter their age try to use money or material things to impress them. But that just makes them marks if they spend too much. Or clowns if they come in dressed in labels with fake 100k chains and fake 80k watches. 1k shoes that are ripoffs of $40 filas.

P4p works if that's all a guy is looking for. But he has to understand that's what it is. Not mistake it for anything more. I understand why some men do it. But I think sometimes it's because they gave up on themselves. If an outside factor like money is used to define them that's what they're treated like. It really ends up bad if feelings get involved. Truth is with women it comes down to how you make them feel. How they feel when they think of you. And looks matter. And they're subjective. I've had women tell me I look ugly.
