I didn't start to go to strip clubs until I was in my fifties so any of my female school classmates would have been too old to be stripping by that time. I have had several dancers tell me they don't like running into people they know outside the club while working. One dancer told me one time a former high school chemistry teacher she hated came into her club and she wanted to hide. I did have one dancer regular who also worked in the employee cafeteria where I worked. She said she recognized other guys coming into the cafeteria during breakfast as guys who also came into her strip club. She said they all pretended they didn't know her and never said a word to her, except for me. I would say hello to her and ask her how she was while going through the cafeteria line. Later at the strip club I would joke with her I was the only guy who got both lap dances and plates of scrambled eggs from his stripper regular.

I just finished "Macao". This was not a box office success at the time but has Robert Mitchum and Gloria Grahame, both of whom I like, in it. Both, I think, are somewhat underrated. The head of the studio at the time, Howard Hughes, was focusing his efforts on promoting the career of Jane Russell while ignoring the more talented and sultrier Grahame and this hurt her career. Mitchum didn't get along with the director, Von Sternberg, while making this movie and thought he was too dictatorial. Von Sternberg said no food on the set, so Mitchum brought in big bags of food and then left half eaten pickles on Von Sternberg's copy of the script. He followed that by spreading Limburger cheese all over the engine case of Von Sternberg's car.

What the U.S. should do is focus on reducing government spending. With all the Boomers retiring, Social Security and Medicare costs will increase. With the debt increasing a trillion dollars a year, interest costs on that debt will be increasing. With our open borders, welfare spending will increase for all the immigrant families that receive more in government benefits than they pay in taxes. Our interventionist foreign policy requires several hundred billion dollars a year spent on the military and there will be yearly increases in that. There isn't any way we can pay for all this, so we need across the board spending cuts. The Vietnam era domino theory that was used to justify overseas interventions turned out to be false. These foreign distractions are just being used to divert our attention from what needs to be done here at home.

SA would be competition with strip clubs for the high-income high spending customers. I have noticed a drop in this type of customer in local strip clubs, so something seems to be pulling them away and it could very well be this. This is harmful for strip clubs, and they may need to rethink their current business model. For the middle-income guy who just buys two or three lap dances, like me, SA is no competition at all. I visited a pretty little Mexican dancer I've known for a couple years at a nearby strip club tonight. As soon as she spotted me, she headed for me and then started hugging me. After our lap dances, rather than walking off, she started telling me about how she was unhappy because of her pet dog passing away which then turned into a conversation about pets in general. She is very affectionate with and spends a lot of time with some old guy who just comes in once a month and buys a couple of lap dances. I have other regulars like that too. With the limited amount of money that I have to spend and girls like this at the strip club, SA isn't going to pull me away.

I tend to like White Castle late at night but only occasionally. My father ate them all through college because they were cheap and then never ate one again for the rest of his life. It's the pre-club visit for food I like the most here in Indianapolis: the salad bar at the downtown Whole Foods, Shapiro's Deli, The Workingman's Friend, MCL cafeteria, grab and go foods at Georgetown Market, Olive Garden, Caplinger's Fresh Catch. Those long drives seem more worth it when you can visit a restaurant near the strip club too.

Her father is still alive. I saw him just a couple weeks ago standing in line at the grocery store holding a loaf of bread, jar of peanut butter and a bunch of bananas.

This is just anecdotal, but I've been hearing about and seeing more traffic accidents as the local Hispanic population increases here in Indiana. My sister just had her car hit by a Hispanic male. He couldn't speak English so after the police arrived they had to call for a translator. My best friend had his car hit a year ago by a group of Hispanic males who were taking a turn too fast which then caused them to slide on road ice. I was almost hit by a young Hispanic male when he quickly exited a street into a parking lot. I was driving slower and paying more attention, so I slammed on my brakes and prevented the accident. It's my subjective feeling that I pass more just crashed cars on the street than I used to. This may be a combination of them not understanding local traffic rules, not having experience with local weather conditions, being a younger demographic that is less experienced and just more reckless acting. It doesn't surprise me that Florida with its large Latin American population would have a lot of bad drivers.

She looks good but is slightly too muscular. She also has what I think of as a hawk face. By that I mean she looks like she is about to swoop down on some small mammal and devour it.

I lie when giving a truthful answer would be long and complicated or it is a subject that I don't want talk about. I'll give an example. Dancers sometimes ask me if I'm married or have been married and then, when I say I'm divorced, ask me why the marriage ended. The honest answer is that it was a lot of little things added together rather than one big thing. If I give that answer, though, they ask further questions. If I just say something like she was a serious alcoholic, which is not true, they just nod their head and drop the subject. My divorce is a painful subject to talk about, so I want to steer any conversations quickly away from that.

People wanted to have a normal Christmas but in order to do that they had to spend more money. The dancers are probably trying to make up for that by going into the strip club to work more often. At some point in the near future, they will realize they have to adopt a more frugal lifestyle. Even if they work more, they will find out the customers have less money to spend on luxuries like strip clubs.

I would consider a troll to be someone insulting someone in order to intentionally hurt them. Someone being funny or trying to be funny would not be a troll to me. The comedian Don Rickles explained the difference one time. He said if he made fun of an audience member, it wouldn't be about something they were likely sensitive about. For example, he would start making jokes about how ugly the tie a fat man was wearing was rather than making jokes about how fat he was.

The average female height and weight in the U.S. is 5'4", 165 pounds. Three or four times when I had a stripper tell me she was 5'4" I asked if there were more girls in the club taller than her or shorter than her. They would say taller. This confirmed my belief that strippers are taller than the average female, at least here in Indiana. We have more black dancers, who tend to be taller, and fewer Hispanic or Asian dancers, who tend to be shorter. We also have a lot of tall white girls. They don't appear to be in high demand in the strip club since most males like women shorter than them. My female ideal is around 5'3", 125 pounds. The actress who played the character Fiona in the tv series Burn Notice was around this. I'll go lower than that but not higher. There are usually only two or three dancers falling in that category when I visit a strip club and I only need one so that is enough. A few times when I told large size girls what I like they made some comment about me liking girls who look like young boys, implying I'm a homosexual pedophile. I understand this is them just lashing out at me because I'm rejecting them. I've been going to strip clubs for years and am used to little insults or put downs and just kind of ignore them now.

I tried them but the women were too old and unattractive. Their English was also atrocious. I was aware of the possible trafficking aspect and that was another drawback. I do like a good massage but a lot of them didn't seem to be capable of giving one. Strippers are younger and better looking and can carry on a conversation. A strip club has multiple females, and you can pick the one you want. Massage places may only offer one choice or maybe two. The only good aspect of massage places is they don't play nonstop hip hop.

A lot of our Indiana strip clubs have high manager turn over. This means whatever experience a manager accumulates is lost as he is quickly replaced. For example, one local club has tried the experiment of letting the dancers charge what they want four times. It fails every time. Dancers think the more they charge the more they make and don't consider customers might decide prices are too high and stop coming in. When it fails, the club drops it and goes back to charging set lap dance prices. However, the same experiment is tried a couple years later because the manager who found out it didn't work has been replaced by a new guy who then tries it again.

The review information most wanted involves prices, club mileage, attractiveness of dancers and availability of dancers. You could probably do that in two paragraphs. The "I walked into the club and there were no dancers, so I left" review would be ok with me but not with a lot of adjudicators and I understand why they would feel that way. I like it if the review shows some originality or makes me laugh. I want to get a feel for what a visit there would be like so subjective impressions of the reviewer are interesting to me. Elaborate descriptions of club layout or all the price details like how much a beer costs don't interest me.

A lot of the move to self-checkout is due to developing labor shortages rather than corporate greed. There are five million less men ages 25-57 in the labor force than in the past and the huge Baby Boom generation is all retiring. I'm 66 and still working but most people I know my age aren't. Some are in such bad health they couldn't work even if they wanted to. The labor shortages have driven up labor costs and, in an effort to keep them down, businesses hire fewer workers. The result is customers receive poorer service. Widespread stealing would lead to higher expenses for businesses, who would then just raise their prices. In some cities, stealing is already so out of control that urban businesses have been disappearing. Businesses in these areas can't even operate at a profit due to the out of control stealing.

I would come up with the same list of second tier clubs as TomJones2 above. Red Garter might make my list too. It has some attractive girls but has the drawback of having overly strict touching rules. Jaguars and Jiggles don't attract many high spending customers these days and you need high spending customers to get really attractive girls to work in your strip club. I will still stop at those two clubs because I live nearby and because they let guys like me with a military ID in for free. I leave most of the time, though, without buying lap dances due to low dancer quality.

The biggest club problem for me is lack of diversity. I think often whoever does the hiring has a mental image of a desirable stripper. They fall into the trap of thinking everyone has the same tastes as them. Many clubs are lacking a wide variety of body sizes and shapes, ages, and ethnicities among the dancers it hires. I don't usually like large natural breasts since they often come attached to overweight women but there should be some of those in a club along with the exact opposite. I like the skinny little cute type. Breast size doesn't matter. Ethnicity or race doesn't matter. In fact, I like the exotic looking type and enjoy doing lap dances with Asian, black, Hispanic and biracial girls.

The reviewer states he likes the variety at this club. If you like variety, this is not really the best local option. The dancers are mostly black, usually three-fourths or more. I've seen few Latina dancers, maybe an average of one per trip and sometimes none at all. There is usually only a sprinkling of white dancers and almost never an Asian dancer. My last trip to Brad's there were two Latina girls, three black girls, around ten white girls and even an Asian one, who I ended up doing lap dances with. In addition to lack of ethnic diversity, probably two thirds of the dancers at Jiggles are either overweight or obese. I've been going to this club for 12 years. There are also fewer dancers overall here than in the past. One recent Saturday at eleven there were only six dancers in the club. Ten years ago, it would have been more than double that. I still go here sometimes because I live close by. If you don't live near here or are visiting from out of town, I wouldn't put this club on your list of strip clubs to visit unless your preference is black dancers.

This more involves the craziest regular I ever had. This all involves one girl. One of my regulars was sitting in the strip club eating a piece of pizza. One of the other strippers told her she was getting fat. My regular threw the piece of pizza at the other girl and hit her in the face with it. This got her suspended from the club for a week. Another time my regular walked over and pushed another stripper off a stool she was sitting on. Another time my regular got in a fight with and was punched in the face by a Mexican stripper after the Mexican stripper accused her of stealing personal possessions in the club. Another time my regular drank too much and passed out during a lap dance and had to be carried out to her car and driven home. Another time my regular invited another stripper in the club to come over to her house and watch her while she shot up on heroin. Another time my regular crashed her car while drunk, abandoned it, and then told her insurance company it was stolen. Another time my regular crashed her car and broke her collarbone. Another time my regular had bruises all over her and told me she fell down the stairs at home while drunk. Another time she fell off the stage while drunk. Another time while on stage she got in a shouting match with a customer by the stage and had to be sent home. Another time my regular told me she had a crush on another stripper in the club. I later saw them kissing in the club. Another time my regular bought a pit bull and then tried to give me her cat because the cat was afraid of the pit bull. Another time my regular told me she had been fired by five different strip clubs. Another time my regular told me she ate too many psychedelic mushrooms and all the houses on her street had giant eyes staring at her. Another time my regular was in the hospital and demanded more pain medication. When they refused, my regular got up out of her hospital bed and angrily walked out the door.

Through most of history women had to have several children in order for a couple to survive. There were no modern household appliances and no convenience foods. By the fifties this was no longer the case. Women, once their children went off to school, had lots of free time. They would spend time watching tv soap operas, playing bridge or gossiping on the phone. This was boring for a lot of them and helped to lead to women moving into the workforce. My mom was a bored fifties housewife who went to college with the help of my dad and became an elementary school teacher. She took college classes while me and my sister were in school and my dad watched me and my sister while she took college classes nights, weekends and during the summer. He was off in the summer because he taught high school. I would never denigrate women who want careers, and I would also not denigrate women who want to find a provider husband and just be housewives.

I've had three regulars give me unexpected kisses over the years. I actually don't like it. It's not the kissing part I dislike. I don't like surprises so it's the unexpected part I don't like.

My sister bought a new car and gave me her old one for Christmas. The present has to be put on hold, though, because a Hispanic guy just ran into her new car and it will require extensive repairs. The Hispanic guy who ran into her couldn't speak English and the police had to call for a translator to talk to him. My oldest friend had his car hit by a Hispanic guy last year and my car would have been hit by a Hispanic guy last year except I was able to brake in time. My favorite Mexican stripper said she was in a car with her cousin when he hit someone. They sped off because the cousin was an illegal immigrant with no insurance or driver's license.
