There is no objective 10 since a ranking of how hot a person is will always be subjective since it is based on personal preferences.
To me she is hot, in the 8.5-9 range but I could see how she would be a 10 to a lot of people. I personally prefer a little more padding to round out the curves instead of the sharper lines of someone this muscular. Don't get me wrong, I am clearly still very attracted to her and she would get a lot of money out of my wallet at a club as long as she had at least a halfway decent personality.
I could also see how some men would put her in the 6 or 7 range since some prefer spinners and some prefer more Papi Chulo mode bigger girls. I'm sure some men would even rate her below a 5 because they have very different tastes than I do.
She looks good but is slightly too muscular. She also has what I think of as a hawk face. By that I mean she looks like she is about to swoop down on some small mammal and devour it.

Google her name. She looks better when she's not leaned out for competition, and there's some older pictures of her that look pretty good (but still not a 10). Women who are sub 5% body fat and intentionally dehydrated just don't look attractive, probably because it's actually really unhealthy.
I’ve seen hundreds of girls with prettier faces than hers so not a 10 to me. Her body looks pretty good. If she died her hair a different color, probably look better to me. I consider a 10 someone I have trouble looking away from.

She's hot, objectively and b without a doubt. The body is 9.5, but only a 9 with the face. I dont know if it's a filter, the makeup, or surgery - by her face is distracting and not in a good way. The only other thing hokding her back is the implants.

Steroids can make a woman's face lose its soft appearance. With a few exceptions, this is personally not as attractive to me as a natural face. Your mileage may vary, and that's fine.

Plus CMI how many people can truly say they can get a lapdance for free anywhere? Even if it’s a civvie you’ll need to invest time and attention, and possibly also money, to get a lapdance. Time is money to some extent. It would likely be a rare man who can get a totally free lapdance, no time or money investment needed? A celebrity could probably do it, but that’s because the person giving him the lapdance can brag and have a story to tell, or is doing so with the hopes of future investment or both or more.
To me, she's flawless. (Except we don't know if she has a boney booty.) But that's a relatively low standard for me. Many characteristics others would see as flaws are just differences to me. If I were exclusive with her, I might be tempted by a woman who was "cinematically" hot, big but shapely booty and/or boobs, and/or very long hair.
