This Dancer Doesn't Seem Very Shy
She's self confident so she might be fun but I'm certainly not impressed by the body-- saggy tits and fleshy ass, not my thing.

Total nudity with liquor legal in Michigan
Having seen and enjoyed the infamous shaving cream shows at the Hong Kong club in Tijuana (two or more naked women on a shaving cream covered stage with a supplied of dildos and audience participation), I would be interested in a U.S. club that featured sex acts, even if the sex acts are a part of the stage performance. I guess I have a little streak of voyeurism, but I suspect that I'm not alone among the other strip club patrons on this list serve.

Interesting. Note that the opinion states that full nudity and sex acts are "expressive conduct" protected by the First Amendment." So, what can we expect to see in the clubs under the "sex acts" protection clause? I assume that this applies to sex acts performed on stage by the entertainers (e.g., masturbation), rather than sex acts performed with the customers in the VIP.

    WWPLD?
I recommend that you fly to San Diego and make several trips across the border to visit Hong Kong and Adelitas. For 1500 you could sample 10-12 chicas (60-80 per chica plus about 15-18 for a one hour hotel room) and still cover the costs of visiting (parking on US side $10-15, taxi back and forth to Hong Kong ($5 each way), beer allowance $20 per visit (stay relatively sober and be polite), 30 dollars in ones for tips each visit). Variety is the spice of life.

Too much of a good thing is never enough
Human trafficking: strip clubs vs spas
One reason that this topic is timely is that politicians in Michigan have introduced a package of anti human trafficking bills. Other states have taken or contemplated similar actions. As best I can discern, the focus of these bills is to add taxes to strip clubs which will be paid by the customers, to require registration with a fee for adult entertainers, and to increase fines for "johns." The only piece of the legislative package that has any potential for helping victims of human trafficking is the provision of counseling services (rather than prosecution) for victims of human trafficking, especially underage victims. I continue to be disappointed at the problem solving skills of our politicians. Rather than going after the perpetrators of human trafficking and the monetary incentives for human trafficking (this might require legalizing prostitution!), they go for a money grab from people who are not part of the problem or part of the solution.

Human trafficking: strip clubs vs spas
Good observation about the connection between human trafficking and pimping. Both involve a high level of coercion, sometimes using threats of physical violence, to insure that people engage in activities that benefit the coercer more than the person being coerced. Both are unacceptable from my perspective but pimping may be a bit more difficult to detect, even in a strip club. Interestingly, coercion exists on a continuum and deciding where to draw the line on unacceptable coercion can be tough. For example, is a woman with serious economic needs (e.g., a single mom with children or a woman with a drug habit), limited education and few employment skills being coerced if she elects to work as a stripper? For those who might be tempted to say "yes," how is this any different from the same woman working at a dead end job that she doesn't like and that pays minimum wage? If one involves unacceptable coercion, then both do, from my perspective.

    Biggest suprise club
I concur that Brad's Brass Flamingo is seriously overrated. Limited mileage and dancers who seldom circulated among the customers. On the positive surprise side, I would say Hong Kong in Tijuana. I had read positive reviews but it was the most sexually charged club that I've ever encountered with audience participation shaving cream shows and attractive Latina dancers offering their services at a reasonable rate.

    VIP rooms
"...do you guys have any memorable experiences in VIP rooms that didn't involve sexual acts?" If I paid $500 for a VIP session that did NOT involve sex acts, it would be memorable but for all the wrong reasons. First, I don't agree to VIP sessions unless extras are discussed and arranged. Second, I'd never pay that much for a VIP session when you can find very attractive escorts for less $. Third, if I had been misled about VIP expectations I'd be pissed and post a very negative review of the dancer and the club. My recommendation to you is to think of this as a service contract-- what experience will you provide to your customer in exchange for the customer's hard earned money. I even more strongly recommend that you be prepared to make good on that service arrangement; otherwise you'll be labeled as a "rob" (an acronym for a rip off bitch). I suspect that you'll find some naive customers who will agree to an expensive VIP dance that involves no prospect of sex, especially if you're attractive and charming. However, you'll have a very hard time with that sales pitch, especially with anyone who has ever read the contents of this and other strip club discussion boards.

    ***Scores Detroit*** opening soon
True, the American auto industry is on the upswing. But, with globalization and foreign competition, it will never be the sole economic force that will rebuild Detroit. Detroit has a new mayor, interestingly, the first mayor in 40 years who is not African American. Perhaps this is a good time to re-invent Detroit and broaden its economic base. Vegas has made bank on casinos, hotels and strip clubs. Could Detroit capitalize on its already liberal strip club scene and pass some adult entertainment laws (e.g, legalize and control prostitution) that would make it a destination for adult entertainment fans? If so, the section of 8 mile road with the new Scores and the existing Coliseum, Players and Tycoons are all located might be a good starting point (although a more centrally located entertainment district would be even better).

Ashley Madison Sued by Ex-Employee Over Fake Profiles
I looked at Ashley Madison about 2-3 years ago. Even then, the fake profiles were easy to spot, often using the same descriptive language as other posted profiles but different photos. Does anyone know if seeking arrangement or any of the other sugar daddy or hook up web sites are any more legitimate than Ashley Madison?

The Getty? Which one. I've been to the Getty Center only once, after 2 hours in a traffic jam on the 405. Cool setting with great views of LA but if I recall correctly, the collection is pretty focused on Greek and Roman art. Maybe the Getty collection is much more eclectic than I experienced in my one and only visit, but a first time art museum visitor might appreciate a collection with more impressionistic painting, modern art and photography. Alternatively, isn't there an erotic art museum somewhere in LA? A visit might set the tone for some after museum frivolity.

    i love sex
When you get one dollar bills in change at a store, do you ever wonder how many of these bills have resided, temporarily, in a strippers G string or between her breasts. Got to quit thinking like this--- don't want to start getting erections when I get one dollar bills in my change at Walmart!

Is it OK to do a review for a club that you have not personally been to? I'm goi
I say OK because the report contained some potentially helpful information about an under reviewed club. And, because the reviewer could have easily written it in the first person to disguise the fact that he had not been to the club--- and we'd never know that it was not a legitimate first hand account. In other words, the content of the review, if accurate, is more important to me than who wrote the review versus who did the "research."

    Vegas trip
Helpful advice Jester. If strip clubs with extras are a priority, I'm not sure that I'd have Vegas ranked in my top 5 destinations. Detroit, Toronto, Miami, Phoenix, Houston, Tampa and Tijuana would rank higher than Vegas, based solely on the strip club scene. But, the availability of escorts and casino girls in Vegas should be factored into the ranking.

Silky: What is the ratio of lap dances to extras? I know its not like a punch card for loyal customers--- buy 10 lap dances and get one extra for free--- but I bet Silky has an idea of the ratio. I enjoy a good lap dance but I sometimes think of lap dances as scouting for extras. So assuming $20 per lap dance, Silky will have invested approximately 20K on 1000 lap dances this year. How many extras would 20K buy in your area? In the Detroit market, 20K would cover 2 extras per week for a full year, more than enough for an old guy like me.

How are those FSU co eds going to cover tuition without a strip club income? Same can be said for the UF co eds, no strip clubs in the city of Gainesville (closest club to Gainesville is Micanopy). What a schizophrenic state--- great clubs and liberal policies in Tampa, Miami, Cocoa Beach, etc. No strip clubs in its major college towns and then there is Orlando which has strip clubs but the Disney influence requires pasties and air dances.

It should be flagged. It is more about the poster's preferences and inflated self-concept than about the strip club.

    Best strip club city
I'll take Detroit for its wide open ITC activities, reasonable prices, numerous clubs (from high to low end clubs) and selection of good quality dancers. The Toronto suburbs are also full of high mileage clubs with a good diversity of ethnic peelers. Toronto is #2 in my book because the clubs are more expensive (compared to Detroit) and have somewhat limited privacy in the VIP which, in my experience, inhibits the dancers from allowing a wider variety of positions in the VIP. COI also has a small but solid selection of clubs with high mileage options; it would probably be #3 in my ranking. Tampa, Montreal, Atlanta and Phoenix are all great for eye candy but ITC seems to be restricted to a few clubs in each city. I have not sampled Miami or the Texas market. If the rankings were not restricted to the U. S., I would have Tijuana at the top of my list.

    Witness Protection
    Do clubs cause crime?
Two strategies to reduce crime at strip clubs?? If you assume that physical altercations between customers or between customers and bouncers make up a good deal of strip club crime, then I would suggest: 1) Provide extras (really!) I suspect that happy customers are less likely to create a scene than horny, frustrated customers. 2) Control alcohol sales, especially after midnight (e.g., Comerica Park, home of the Detroit Tigers, stops beer sales in the stands after the 7th inning). P.S. The key to getting a valid answer to this question it to compare strip clubs to other entertainment venues that are matched for 1) similar customer volume, 2) located in similar neighborhoods, and 3) also serve alcohol, but 4) do differ only with regard to the presence of strippers. I suspect that alcohol and customer demographics (young males) is the primary reason that strip clubs seem to be associated with crime.

    "Reality Porn"
In response to the original inquiry---- I too have wondered about the "reality" of the bachelorette party videos in which the female audience members suck or fuck male strippers. I talked with a dancer at a Michigan club (Potter's in Jackson) that had recently hosted a male stripper review and she swore that the audience members were giving BJs to the male strippers in what she called the "splash zone" near the stage. The female customers who did not want to partake of the full contact experience simply stayed away from the tip rail (tip as in money, not tip of the penis). Presumably the audience members who are being filmed either grant permission for their for their "talent" to be distributed on video or they are part of a paid crew who pose as audience members.

Yet another Florida man arrested at strip club for leaving kid in car
I like Ermita's business model--- Little Darlings and Little People. But I suspect that some self-righteous politician would pass a zoning law preventing strip clubs from operating within 2000 feet of a child care business. Now, if someone would open a strip club in a major airport, it would help me kill an hour or two of down time between connecting flights.
