I used to see John Abraham of the Falcons at Follies a lot back when he was playing. Saw ex-Brave Andruw Jones in there once too. Never saw Ron White at Oasis but a dancer there told me once that he'd come in there a lot, and he always went for the trailor-trashiest girls in the club. Lol.

Epiphany #1: strippers are like normal girls--they can be picked up and bedded the same as any other girl. Oftentimes much easier. Money doesn't have to be involved.
Epiphany #2: strippers are not like normal girls--they are way, way flakier and more unreliable, and 80% of them will at some point hit you up for financial assistance (even the ones you're fucking "for free"). You have to realize the flakiness and unreliability isn't personal, it's just how they are. Then again, it doesn't mean you should always put up with it--just know going in that there is going to be some substantial element of it you WILL have to deal with. Only you can determine your tolerance level. As for the financial assistance....
Epiphany #3: if you help a stripper financially one time, rest assured she is going to ask again. And again. And again. It's like feeding a stray animal--you do it once thinking you'll be a good person only to find out they keep coming back. Far better to just never do it at all.

Shadowcat, the only good thing about them is that if they're only focusing on the stage girls then they aren't tying up anyone that I'm trying to get dances with. I'd rather have the Make It Rain Stage-Tipper than the whale who sits in a corner and hogs the hottest girls all day.

It also depends on what kind of bachelor party it is. If it's hardcore then Top Shelf is the way to go. If you can't do that and need a strip club at night then Tattletales is best option for extracurricular activity. For a tamer time with just great eye candy go with Cheetah or Pink Pony.

Don't bother with a strip club unless you can do dayshift at Follies. I highly recommend Top Shelf Entertainment. Check their website for their girls. They'll come to your hotel or wherever you're staying and the show is a helluva lot better than anything you'll see in a strip club. Once you've hired them you'll never do strip clubs for a bachelor party again.

Move on. Ignore her. Do NOT text her again or try to get the last word. Just ignore her and start having fun with other girls at the club. Believe me, she'll notice and she'll probably approach you and want to rekindle things. And then you can decide, on your own terms, whether it's worth it to go down that path again.

Additional con--as you start to compile a stable of favs inevitably there will be a visit when 2 or 3 of them (or more) are there at same time. Whoever you don't choose that day ends up feeling slighted. This can be managed better if you're just a lap dance guy, but for those who favor VIP trips, believe me, the other girls notice when you go with someone else.

Twice I've had a dancer take me to VIP and not charge me anything other than the room fee. And there's been many times where I've met up with them OTC for no money. When there's a connection there's a connection--they're just women, after all. In some ways they're more difficult to bed than civvies, but once you get to know the club game oftentimes they can be much easier.

Hopefully Chandler is right. But remember, Shooters Alley just up the road recently got shut down for some sort of liquor license violation. Word is that when they re-open it will be a no-alcohol-no-nudity pasties bar. Let's hope it's all just a coincidence---I'm sure a tuscl'er will be dropping by Follies at some point today and can give us a report.

It used to be decent in day shift several years ago, but now it is a no-fun, air dance, mediocre talent wasteland. I go by there on day shift every 3-5 months if I happen to be in the area just to see if anything has changed. It hasn't. Cannot speak to nightshift.

What Jackob85 said. Yeah, it's juvenile and very naive of the BF to message you. And yes, there's a 95% chance he's harmless. But is it even worth the small risk? The last thing I want is the club life interceding into my personal life. I had a similar situation arise several years ago where a BF got my email address and sent me a semi-threatening, semi-pleading message to leave his stripper GF. alone. I did. I don't need that kind of potential drama in my life, no matter how remote the possibility. They are married now and I have zero regrets about backing off.

It happened to me several years ago--my regular's BF showed up while I was there and watched me like a hawk. She told me later that one of his friends had been in the week before and saw us making out on the floor, and told him about it. She left the business soon thereafter.
