I saw Floyd Mayweather down here at Sam's. You guys thought I made it rain, Mayweather makes me look like I was tipping like pennies lol. It was like something I'd never seen. Every girl working went on stage on the same time to catch some of Mayweather's rain. I left shortly after that, if I can't be the center of attention, then I'm not gonna be there! LOL
I saw Ron White at Oasis a LONG time ago. He was standing outside talking on the phone. I almost yelled "TATOR"! Bartender told me he was there a lot and didn't seem like it was a big deal. I never saw him come in the place though.
I never saw him at The Landing Strip, but Barry Sanders from the Detroit Lions hung out there during his football career. The dancers I spoke to said he was a tightwad.
Must have 25 yrs ago now that I saw Dennis Rodman and Jackie Haley from the Bulls at Camelot in Wash DC. Ladies there were no strangers to celebs and athletes, and said athletes, at least those who visited this club in the 90s, were incredibly stingy...
Yeah! It's fun to get the overflow stripppers who come over because they aren't part of the "athlete" party but they want a seat to watch all the action from my lap. Too many good times.
Saw Andre Drummond at the Penthouse in Detroit. He was "raining" big time. What was funny though was the stripper he was trying to get to go home with him, complained about him offering only 1K for it. She said she knew how much he is paid a year.
This was discussed a while back, but yes, the infamous Gold Cub in Atlanta was a regular spot for many athletes and Hollywood types. In other clubs I've seen Charles Barkley and Dennis Rodman a time or two.
In Columbus Ohio Strip clubs back about a decade ago it wasn't unknown to see a bunch of Ex-Ohio State NFL players show up at then Columbus Gold. You still occasionally will see Ex-OSU alums, but not as many during the club's heyday in the city.
Also back when MMA was just starting I would often see guys like Mark Coleman show up. You wanna talk about scared bouncers, I swear they were going piss there pants when Mark showed up. The big jackass bouncer Jack was never so polite to everybody Mark showed up. The bouncers were their normal jerks when the NFL players were there, but when the MMA guys showed up they would be there.
Other times you would see celebrities show would be during the Arnold Fitness Classic in March, and occasionally during the Memorial Golf Tournament.
I have also heard a lot of stories about Celebrities in various clubs I visited, and a few times dancers would point someone out to me, but often they were either unknown to me, or I didn't recognize the person. For instance when I was in a Club in Toronto, one of the dancers pointed several Maple Leafs players to me, but since I don't follow hockey I didn't recognize them, or really care for that matter.
As mark94 notices, Mike Tyson used to frequent the clubs a lot. I heard comments from a few strippers over the years about Mike showing up. The first time I recall hearing about him from dancers was in Cleveland sometime back in the late 80's / early 90's, and this wasn't at one of the flashy clubs either.
None that I am positive about. There was one time at the Columbia Platinum Plus when a guy came in with 4 body guards. He looked to be in his 50's. Reminded me of Vic Damone. They took a couple of tables and a bunch of dancers. Finally the guy took one of them to the Champagne Room. You pay be the hour for it. He was only in there about 20 minutes and then they all got up and left. In a limo I was told. ???
From what most dancers tell me, athletes do not spend a lot of money. They get all the pussy they want OTC free.
Few months ago I was in Charlotte NC and there were some of the NFL Panthers in the club. They had an area sectioned off just for them. Couldn't get any attention from any of the dancers, but cant blame them, I was told by the bartender that they tip the dancers with $100 bills.
A stripper in a Baltimore club once rattled of a list of the politicians she had "partied" with in the club. It was an impressive list. She claimed that most of them made extravagant promises but shorted her when they left. A few - she claimed - had to be reminded by their own security to pay something to avoid scandals.
I used to see John Abraham of the Falcons at Follies a lot back when he was playing. Saw ex-Brave Andruw Jones in there once too. Never saw Ron White at Oasis but a dancer there told me once that he'd come in there a lot, and he always went for the trailor-trashiest girls in the club. Lol.
"She said she knew how much he is paid a year". Hmmm, Detroit girl, high priced pussy, knows her sports. Was that Nina? Lol just kidding
"Couldn't get any attention from any of the dancers"
Exactly, that's why I don't stay there too long when the famous people come in. Ace of Diamonds is one of my regular spots, but I hate that there's the make it rain athletes and rappers there every week.
"Paul George"
Speaking of Paul George, not only did he knock up a girl from Tootsies, and had sex with pornstar legend Lisa Ann, but now he has a smoking hot girlfriend. Paul is the man lol!

Saw Pauly Shore at Bare Elegance in Hawthorne back in the day. The whole club basically stopped and stared when he walked in and about 10 strippers flocked towards his table.
Several years ago I was at Christie's talking with a hot dancer and getting ready to get some dances when a bouncer came over and told her that some Browns players had arrived and the manager had ordered her to go their table. She was flustered said she didn't want to go but she didn't want to loose her job so she went and I watched as the bouncer also sent some other dancers over there.
I finished my drink and walked by their table as I left. There were 4 or 5 guys sitting with about 6-8 dancers standing around looking bored and staring at the ceiling.
Even though they've stunk for years i'm a long time follower of the Browns and I didn't recognize any of those bums, they were probably all on the waiver wire the following morning.
That incident brought on by that inconsiderate manager ordering dancers to leave paying customers to join another table even though there were other dancers sitting around without customers is one of the reasons I haven't been back to Christies in many years.
Not while I was there but I have had dancers tell me stories:
Browns players: cheap. They pay for pretty much exact change for everything, drinks, dances. They hardly ever tip.
Musicians: often these are musicians from heavy metal acts touring through the area. Typically they buy one dance here and there and pay with $40 (about $15~25 tip). Nice guys, unassuming, quiet.
I saw Jim Belushi in the long gone Harper's in downtown Winston-Salem many years ago. He was in town filming Mr. Destiny. He was tipping 10's (I think), and most of the girls were getting them autographed. I didn't see him, but Michael Caine was in the night before.
about 4 years ago i saw a guy that looked like rod stewart come in hustler las vegas with an entourage. never was confermed if it was actually rod stewart or an imposter. butt many of the girls paid attention to him.

Aaah the world famous Gold Club, I had heard a lot of stories involving athletes in that club.
If I was a stripper and I heard Magic Johnson was in my club, I would rush towards him too lol. That guy is worth 500 million.

Larry - but I'm not a Lakers fan :)
Now, if it was Reggie Miller or Paul George, I might have a look-see.

Saw Allen Iverson maybe a few days after they signed him for his brief stint in the D
Saw Rasheed Wallace and a couple other pistons walkk in one time, during their championship run in the 2000's
Rapper Royce the 5'9, saw him 2-3 times there
