  Yes. Especially when I used to club more during swing shift. The boyfriends would often come in as the day girls were getting ready to leave. You can always tell a boyfriend because he stares at his phone the whole time and quickly brushes off the dancers who approach him who don't know he's taken by one of the girls there. I've also seen a few where it was unclear if they were a pimp, boyfriend, or both.

  It's awkward when a stripper's boyfriend is the DJ or a bouncer. At one club I wanted to take a fine dancer to VIP, but I learned that the big bruiser bouncer was her boyfriend. The downside risk was not worth it.

  Yes I have seen it before. Usually you can tell there is some tension between them but I have never seen anything too out of hand. I don't go into my wife's job and bug the shit out of her while she's working, so why do stripper boyfriends do the same shit? I guess technically I was once a stripper's boyfriend. When I would get into town (at most I saw her once a month) I would go down to the club, go in, give her a big hug, have a drink with her and let her go back to work. That lasted anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. She wanted me to do that, I would have never gone down if she didn't want me to.

  No but I was there when a strippers girlfriend came in and shit went down ugly. I agree with some clubs that don't let spouses, SO's and GF/BF's come in. Way too much potential drama.

  No. I have not seen it. For me, if my wife was a dancer, I for sure would *NOT* go to her club. I'd probably beat up (or at least try and maybe fail to beat up) some PL or some John over something. Not worth the drama.

  @lopaw- I didn't think about the possibility of the stripper's girlfriend showing up. It might just be me, but I would just be my normal self around the stripper if I knew her girlfriend was there, as opposed to if her boyfriend was there, I wouldn't get anywhere near her.

  Was at a club last year and was waiting on VIP seat with favorite when her bf came in to ask for $$$. She told him to wait for about 30 minutes. He took a seat and I told her maybe later but not while he was anywhere near the club. She went to dressing room and brought out cash to him, but he hung around. She came over and I told maybe next time. She begged to sit with me until he left shortly. I went to bathroom and exited as I walked past front door. Saw her on my next weekly visit and she promised to make it up to me. That started at 6 month long OTC meeting.

  @DaOnion- good question. I know there was this Detroit underground rapper named "Dex Osama". He was a boyfriend to one of the strippers at the club, he came in one night while she was working. He saw her get a dance or something with someone he didn't like. It eventually turned into a shootout. Dex lost his life. I believe this was around 2 am.

  When I went out to my vehicle to get more money tonight during a SC visit, the guy that was sitting at the table next to me was walking right behind me as I was unknowingly walking behind his stripper girlfriend to exit the club. On a past visit at another SC a dancer I was doing dances with in VIP told me one of the strippers that had walked in with a customer dated the bouncer over watching VIP.

  I was talking to a stripper when she mentioned that her "common law husband" was in the club. She even pointed him out. I thought it was hilarious that he would be sitting there while she was floating from customer to customer. I received plenty of dances from her over the years. They "divorces" about a year later.

  You bring up a topic that has long been on my mind. I have been at one club where boyfriends were not allowed to visit when their girlfriend was working. One stripper actually told the management that a fellow stripper's boyfriend was visiting during their shared shift. I am not sure what became of the situation. Another club doesn't allow their staff to date. One has to quit if they are dating. At another club, the boyfriend would play pool in the back while his girlfriend would wok. He would sit, play pool, drink beer, and make out with her in the club. She no longer works there. But, it was weird. I think it would hurt your chances for dances if another customer saw that. A lesbian's at the same club girlfriend would show up during her shift and do the same thing. As a long time club goer, I love dancers. But, I could never date a girl who works in a club. I love the convenience of clubbing. But, her job is to sexually excite men. I could never handle the jealousy. A phenomenon I have noticed recently is girls being dropped off by their boyfriends for work. They usually just pull up to the entrance, drop them off and go where? I couldn't do it. I guess that is the high price to pay for a hot girlfriend. I do often wander if they ever get into fights over her work? I tend to stay away from girls with boyfriends. I find them more detached and strictly business. Rarely will they sit and visit.

  Yup, I've seen these dipshits from time to time. Some act fine and others act badly, but it's all the same to me. Once I see a girl's BF hanging around the club I want nothing to do with her whatsoever.

  I've seen it twice. The first time the guy came in and seemingly all the strippers who he was, they all came over to him. He spent 30 min at the bar drinking with his girl, and then he left. Another time, a guy was just sitting down observing everything, his girlfriend didn't go over to him.

  There's a difference to a strippers boyfriend being in her club - and a strippers jealous muscle head boyfriend being there. In Northern NJ there are a good number of tanned muscle heads who love strippers - and they sometimes "think" a stripper is their girl - and it can be painful to see. The Vegas Ferris wheel sex guy was dating a stripper - and that didn't end well at all.

  It happened to me several years ago--my regular's BF showed up while I was there and watched me like a hawk. She told me later that one of his friends had been in the week before and saw us making out on the floor, and told him about it. She left the business soon thereafter.

  A good club won't let a boyfriend stay in the club if it makes it at all notable he's a boyfriend of a stripper who's working. This is a minimum standard, don't go to a club that doesn't meet it. A few times, either the girlfriend stripper or anther stripper dimed the boyfriend out. If it doesn't noticeable bother him being there, doesn't bother me he's there.

  Lots of clubs have rules against it and will 86 you if you're dating a girl. When you're there sometimes she feels awkward working with you there. 9ther girls get off on it and show off how much they're making. Hook you up with drinks.   Yes, a dancer's boyfriend came into a club while I was conversing with that particular dancer. The boyfriend was irate, and assumed something was going on between the dancer and me. He wanted to fight me. I declined, and departed. Public fights in bars tend to draw unwanted attention.

  @gmd it works out the same. A well-behaved boyfriend will seem like a regular. One stripper may try to dime out another one, but only a seriously stupid club manager would act on that kind of crap. In a lot of clubs, the burn would come if the stripper left with a boyfriend or customer, as that could be seen as evidence the club was facilitating prostitution. My favs have had well-behaved boyfriends in the club even though they technically weren't supposed to.

  I'll reiterate what I said 6 years ago. If a girl is dumb enough to allow her SO to hang out in the club when she's working, she's not going to see any money from me. Also, contrary to ilb's claim that they can be hard to spot, I've never had much trouble. Most often when I see it, it's not his behavior that tips me off but rather hers. Most of these girls are incapable of completely ignoring their SOs when they are ITC. Even the more subtle ones give it away with casual touches, looks and moments when they let their guard down while with the SO. No thank you. The girls that I prefer have the good sense to leave their dependent bitches at home where they belong.

  I think customers have a problem with it coz they catch feelings and the bf reminds them that they're just buying a fantasy. He gets to go home with her. The customers gets to pay her to pretend she wants to be around him. A few weeks ago there was a fight caused by a girls boyfriend at a club many here like. It spilled over into two other businesses. The clubs I'm a regular at -- relatively higher end alcohol clubs -- have zero tolerance for this, due to all the potential drama. Are these guys so needy that they have to be in the club, but at the same time master actors so it isn't obvious? I dunno, guess if it's happening I'd never be able to tell :)

  Most of the better clubs around here keep those losers out, I was sitting in Cheetah in WPB a few years ago, there was a big commotion behind the back bar, bartenders boyfriend was having an argument with her, six floor men carried him out kicking and screaming and deposited on the street, it was quick, the bartender told me a few weeks after that she had kicked him out of her apartment.

And yes, many of these guys are pretty good about being discreet. When I pick up on it, it's almost always the dancer who gave it away. The most baffling one for me was a small southern club I visited a few years back and had a wonderful time in. It was known for xtras but also known to have a few ROBs in it, so I paid a girl I had zero interest in to give me the lay of the land, with a promise of yet more if it panned out for me. She pointed me to a girl who was hands down the hottest one in the club. But I was a bit concerned as she had been hanging out with a young guy around her own age for the previous hour, behaving completely unguarded and at ease with him and otherwise giving off all the signs that he was her SO. It was a heck of a visit. After we were done, I concluded that I must have been wrong about the dude sitting on the floor. But when the club closed early and we were all kicked out, I saw them getting into a slightly beat-up car together, at which point my earlier suspicion was confirmed. Could he possibly have known what she was doing with me back there? Let's just say I hope she took a shower before she crawled into bed with him. And before anyone says "pimp" I'll add that, while anything is possible, he didn't look like any pimp that I've ever seen and I've seen several. There was nothing remotely slick or self-satisfied about him. He looked and acted like a normal young country white boy.
