The justice system in the US is bullshit right now. There is a lot of myth about how things are, but that is exactly what it is - myth. We don't have the largest prison population of the whole planet (per population) because we have the free'est and fairest system these days.

If your files are on a mobile hard drive (external drive or laptop) there is the possibility of sectors getting fucked up. This is why you want to back shit up.

Contrary to belief, many parts of the autobahn are not "go as fast as you can." There are also certain times of the day where there is a speed limit.
That said - there are parts that are 24 x 7 go as fast as you can!
The US will never get an autobahn. The maintenance costs for a road allowing those speeds would never be approved by the taxes or tolls needed to make it happen.

Scores knows they can get away with that shit on big cards because the credit companies want that merchant fee.
The credit company knows the customer wants to keep the credit available so they will pay that shit off grudgingly.
Take a look around - when it comes to banks, everyone is on the wrong side of the transactions.
Keep it to cash. As I hear it these days, most of the time you will walk out the door with cash in your pocket strippers are so lazy.
