hh- Have you tried clicking on "Denver" under CO clubs?? It should bring up a list of numbered clubs, with a map at bottom of page with the numbered clubs flagged on the map at actual location. Finding anything other than hotels & convenience stores/gas station within reasonable cab fare is a laughable concept. If you're staying @ airport area hotel (vs long layover in terminal between flights), you might want to try Enterprise or some similar "neighborhood type" rental car co. Off airport locations bypass a lot of the BS airport fees/addons.

My general experience has been that several clubs require upfront payment for VIP's, or in a few cases a multiple "dance pack" in VIP room ( one Anaheim club paid bouncer upfront 5 for 50). Dancers that ask for payment upfront for regular dances generally don't give very good dances, nor do they get business from me.

php- Finding a dancer who will accomodate your fetish (whatever it may be) without missing a beat is a wonderful thing. (esp. if done as part of regular dance/VIP price). I mostly agree with you on the 10 vs 5 philosophy.
ss1- I don't share Habibs' fetish, but for the kind of cash he was laying out , I'd think that he'd at least want to watch her pee in the bottle!

FINAL ROUND SUPERBOWL INDIANAPOLIS VS NEW ORLEANS:
This is a tongue in cheek no brainer for me. 3 clubs in T100 for Indy vs ZERO for Nola. 5 clubs in Indy (meaningful number of reviews) rated above 7.0, None for NO. While some credible reviewers have managed to have good times in some Nola clubs, so much of club scene is tourist trap, versus PL freindly Indy?? // COLTS Over SAINTS 37-20.

Steve- That somebody would be me. I also did NBA playoffs, but slacked off doing this round due to relatively low interest. Since I'm in a fairly good mood, I'll humor you with my "tongue in cheek" NFL Playoff Predictions Based Solely On Strength Of Area Strip Clubs.
INDIANAPOLIS VS NEW YORK: Indy has 3 clubs in T100, New York has 2. Indy gets long distance help from Kokomo (Hip Hugger), while NY gets some indeterminate help from maybe 2 clubs in NJ (Giants or Eagles fans???). Anyway, Indy has the edge in contact levels, and bang for $$. While NY clubs may well have edge in dancer attractiveness, & upscale clubs, how many of us a big fans of beers north of $10, and mixed drinks north of $15, not to mention $600 VIP room upsells. By contrast, Brass Flamingos $12 dances, and 30 min. $100 VIP is hard to beat.// COLTS over Jets 17-10.
NEW ORLEANS VS MINNESOTA: Neither city is strong in strip clubs, with none in the top 100, and both cities with a rather heavy Deja Vu presence. Nola has edge in number of area clubs (21) vs MSP's area (14). However, No Nola club with meaningful number of reviews is rated above a 7, while MSP has 4 clubs rated above a 7. This implies New Orleans will have greater time of possesion, and roll up more yardage, but not always score when it counts. Also, reports of some trannies in a couple of Nola clubs on another site means a key play for NO called back on a penalty. // VIKINGS over Saints 23-20.

For as long as I can remember (it's been a while since last visit), POSTED dance prices @ SFCF were $20. Where there was a gray area concerned exactly what the $20 would get you. Often would just be a bikini or at best topless dance. If you wanted more, you paid more- with nude contact being $40, then escalating to $60 in early millenium. When the ante was upped to $80, I quit going there.
I read the pinkie post, 1 pinkie bragged about getting over $100 PER DANCE there. FTS!!! There was talk in that post about $20 just getting 1 a bikini dance. That's for ignorant tourists.

php- My 1st visit to a CA club- A smokin' bod beach blonde comes up to me & says- "I'll do full service for $XXX"! I turned that down. Aside from blatant forwardness of approach, that often means she'll be happy to take $XXX, but not deliver. Meanwhile, a club average looking dancer (re- very solidly f@#^able) after initial intro says "I'm recently divorced, and am feeling very horny tonight". She ended up getting my initial & repeat business.
As for 1st scene: The "wanna dance" isn't an automatic turnoff, depending upon the delivery & club environment. The tone & pace of voice, coupled with nonverbal signs (or lack thereof) can make a difference. If it's an SRO kind of night, turning down too many wannadancers may result in blue balls. But, if this happened during slack hours, the robot assembly line approach can be a turnoff.

Agree with points mentioned on getting involved. Other than voting, or signing appropriate petition, maybe contacting A.C.E. (BACE in OH)- they're a stripclub executives association, and see if they have a PAC that you could donate to.

If sitting on "Perverts Row"- I tip at least $1 per song, more if she was good on stage(or I'm interested in her). If I'm sitting by bar, or out away from stage(s), I'm more interested in circulating dancers, but will walk up, and tip if I watched for any length of time. In a multiple stage environment, I'll of course tip the dancer(s) that I'm most interested in. Occasionally, on the more interactive stage encounters, I've gladly obliged dancers holding both sides of thong (or northern & southern places) for multiple tips. One time I got some grief from 1 female customers' dancer GF. Said customer exposed her ample bosoms prior to interacting with GF dancer on stage dive. I put down a dollar for her- Dancer picked up bill- threw it back at me, saying -" Is that ALL you're going to tip her, what the f#^k is this"? I thought to myself- "This is $1 that you are never going to get from me." I just held my tongue, & saved it for friendlier dancers.

My original question was, has anyone had a dancer just sit with you a while without getting a dance, and then turn around and charge you for her time?? The Igor/Bruno scenario??

how- Did you get cover refunded, or otherwise comped??
I have not encountered anything closely resembling OP's scenario in over 12 years.(Eg- being hassled for drinks over time). Mandatory initial drink, yes. I recall Palomino (sp??) in Vegas, mid 90's had TWO DRINK minimum, got it initial entry. After finishing 1st drink, I had to use restroom. When I returned, waitress had taken my remaining drink. I don't recall if club had a half full drink at all times policy. I do recall losing interest at return visits to this club based on this BS aspect coupled with good experiences at other clubs.

My question- how & why did the police even get involved in the 1st place? My guess is the "no habla ingles" maids freaked out from seeing you fall down the stairs & getting a whiff of alcohol on your breath. Or hotel mgr noticed alcohol on breath, & called cops to somehow get it documented that you were under the influence (whether you technically were or not) as a cya against a personal injury lawsuit. Not a good thing to get on your record, but I suppose being in the position of collecting a good retirement check, easier to adopt a WTF approach to life.

bl- Go to Spearmint Rhino website- several of them in LA/ So Cal area- generally have features 1 or 2 weekends per mo. There are probably a bunch of clubs that have/ (or had) some sort of "pornstar" as a house dancer, I've known of 3. If you peruse zbone.com, mainly COI/IE clubs, you may get some pointers.

BD- I haven't been to SA in a while, can't help you there. Are you thinking ROAD TRIP?? If you REALLY came into extra $$, and feel a bit daring, check out some fares to San Diego, and drive across the border to TJ. If you have more cash and don't feel so daring, fly to Reno, & cab/drive to some "ranches b/t Reno & Carson City.

pm- What exactly would you consider a good stage show to be? Good as in pole tricks, costume/theme shows, or good as in dancer/audience interaction? Either standard you apply, So Cal isn't exactly the epitome of stage shows, because too many clubs there clip the songs.
