I've had some extras from strippers in the past. A cute girl at Scarlett's Ybor Strip tried giving me a HJ but after incurring the cost of three songs I had to call it quits without completion. A girl at Players Club gave me BJ but, again, after three songs no pop so I called it quits. Yet another time I was at a body scrub shack. I don't know, maybe the other girls might be right about the mental block as far as extras go - being out in the open and such.
Recently had a spinner(fav)who has a great body, and any sane guy would want to do her every chance he got. But, for me she is a box full of distractions. Including persistent reminders of how much this is going to cost me. No GFE, HJ or BJ foreplay. Does allow finger and sometimes DATY or rim. A bit of a nagger, but if you have dance money plus $200, a rubber and can get in the mood and stay that way for a while, she's a good hose. I also need, whether it's HJ, BJ or FS (the latter of which I've never attempted ITC), room to stretch my legs, unless I'm the one doing the work. For whatever reason, inability to stretch out inhibits me almost completely.
As others have noted, fatigue level, general health, and age all affect me as well. Somebody busting in, or a setting that is too public to begin with, will put me off for the rest of the night.
From my experiences in sports bars, to get the highest scores on the arcade machines which included something like Daytona 500 and/or some other car racing games along with some pistol style shooters, I had to drink about 4 beers to get the highest score. After that and everything started to go downhill back towards normal driving. The cops in the commercials always say alcohol impairs you so I wonder if that's normal for my driving skills and shooting skills to get a lot better after drinking a few beers. I actually feel an energy boost with just a few beers. Is that normal?
I'd say the one thing that is a good solid predictor for me, is the freedom of my hands and lips to play with her tits. If I can really just get at 'em, I can pretty much guarantee that I can get done on time.
Another excellent plan is to get really revved up on lappers, and playing grab-ass on the main floor, before the main event. i usually get one LD from the 2nd or 3rd girl that approaches me after i get there, this is usually a 10-20 min time frame that i use to relax and get in the mood b4 i get a LD, then the first LD is just a warm up and the warm up girl only gets one dance, then i head back out onto the floor and scan the room looking for another girl that peaks my interests.

No, it isn't. I would say that a fair amount of time (not a majority of time though) that I don't actually "finish" when receiving an "extra".

I agree, but the problem is that it's been rare for me to see a dancer in a strip club, an AMP girl, or an escort agree on a "to completion" arrangement.
