Statistics exaggerate things. The university I attended had the highest violent crime rate in the nation the first year I attended. The school won a national championship the year before and some people celebrated too much. Some students were a bit out of control.
Bonus, I got into a fun snow ball fight with about 5000 students at one time. It was about 3000 versus 2400 and I helped lead a charge as volleys of ice balls mixed with snow pelted everyone. I also heard half the states drunk driving arrests were on the campus roads.
Another example, the current place where I work I heard you don't want to live there. Don't stay at the hotel where there were 4 murders. I checked crime statistics , the city has higher violent crime than 90% of the country. Then I checked my safe city where I live. Higher than 95% of the country.

Ive been called a whole lot of names. I believe I'm nice most of the time even if the dancers aren't. I think tipping the dancers is being nice. They seem to expect it a lot of the time. I never understood the one time I tipped a dancer a dollar at a side stage and she came over afterwards , said I tipped her and asked if I wanted to go have sex at a nearby hotel. I thought I only tipped her a dollar. Wondering if she got me confused with someone else or if I accidentally tipped her a lot more. That was ages ago though.

If your shit is green, you have digestion issues I believe. I'm not a doctor though. I'd ask a doctor if the problem lasts longer than a couple days. If a green alien baby comes out, you were abducted and had an alien implant. Examples of green aliens include many democrats. All about going green.

No goat stew? What is the world coming to? As far as poo problem, just drink a whole glass of pomegranate juice. It will work within hours. If not drink more. Works as far as I know and I don't even drink a whole glass of it. Supposed to dissolve placque in your arteries as well if drunken for months. Of course doctors won't tell people that, they want to prescribe expensive drugs when their arteries get clogged.

Many professions make more money as they get more experience. It's mainly young people who expect to make as much as those with a certain level of experience right from the start. Then later on big companies try to hire younger workers to do the same job as older workers and if you are successful at training them, the big companies let you go and call it cost savings. The joke is on the big companies because the younger workers often quit if they are suddenly expected to work two jobs like the older employee was doing. Of course lawyers get hired to figure out how the big companies can avoid getting sued for age discrimination. Some guys making good money think any good looking girl won't need to work for a living. She just needs the right guy. I heard a guy say this just a couple weeks ago while watching a hot Twin Peaks girl.

I remember in one club I agreed to get two dances from two different dancers but they both went with me to the lap dance area. FYI, talking about Charlotte area. That's a big area for me. Went to one or two clubs a decade ago, 3 different ones more recently. I expect all early weekday evenings are off nights.

I almost always wear shorts in the summer. I have to wear pants to work. I don't want to wear clothes that make me hotter on my time off. If clubs required pants in the hot as hell south, I might skip the strip club and go to twin peaks or somewhere else. Shorts are common in the south. I could even wear shorts at one place I worked at. Flip flops I will leave at home. I don't know if you've seen strip club bathrooms, but no way would Iwant the possibility of touching those floors with bare feet.

I went to a club recently and never knew the exact drink price. I forgot to ask. It was $7 a few months ago. Then they must have lowered the price down a dollar or a couple quarters or something. I only bought 2 or 3 drinks so no big deal. If I went to the club to drink and worry about drink prices, I missed the whole point of the visit. Since the exact price was not important to me, I don't remember the exact price.nobig deal. I just know it was higher than I wanted but I didn't go there to drink a lot of beer.

Pizza, hamburgers, spaghetti, meatloaf, baked potatoes, eggs but some of those items I haven't cooked in years. I cook a pizza and fries 2 or 3 times a month. Sometimes I toast hot dog buns in the toaster and microwave turkey or cheese hot dogs. Tastes good and takes less than 2 minutes.

Same site for San Diego with a $750,000 house, assuming same size house costs at least 3 to 4 times as southeast, it says buying will never be cheaper than renting so the decision is geographical as well as economical. It is not economical in some parts of the country.

Buying a home can be a top income generator over ones lifetime. Many people have trouble saving money without incentives and many people fail to get stock market returns like the pros get. They buy high and sell low. Most Americans don't have much saved for retirement. If you do, you are not average.
Example in Charlotte area with $200,000 mortgage, 10% down over 19 years you save $119,000 buying versus renting.

I have no kids. In my part of the country, it was a lot cheaper to buy a starter home rather than rent. Now 20 years later, I have no mortgage left. Still have a loan and looking to relocate and get a new mortgage. Wondering if the economy will go south within a few years and cause house prices to drop but that is hard to predict. If you think this 10 year record bull market is almost over and house prices and the economy are heading south as soon as we get a democrat or Bernie in the Oval Office and raise taxes on everyone 25%, then it is a bad time to buy. Some areas of the country cost more to buy versus rent. There are online sources to check out. It's economics. I was able to have a monthly mortgage that didn't cost a lot more than apartment rent. Some people even create businesses buying homes and renting them out to others. Makes it harder to buy homes if too many are doing that.

I met a dancer who taught pole dancing skills to other dancers.
I also met a dancer who said she ran a topless house cleaning service. She didn't routinely dance anymore and offered to clean my house. I declined. She wanted $100 an hour. If she was serious and saw my house, I'd be out mega bucks. Plus she lived 2 hours away from my house.

I only met one dancer who said she was a welder. I believed her. She knew welding. I did meet one dancer who claimed she graduated college with a good degree. Told me she was making too much stripping to start her career in her degree. At the time I believed her.

I drink bud lite when it's only $3 a bottle and Miller lite is $5 a bottle up to a point. The first 2 or 3 bottles are like drinking water. I like the taste of Miller lite better. At $7 a bottle, my record number of drinks so far is 3 bottles. Typically only 2 bottles of beer which is like drinking bottled water. Men's club in Charlotte changed their prices slightly. Still expensive.
