As for short hair, I think most girls can look good with it, depending on what style of short they assume. Not all short styles work for all girls, and a short style that works for one girl might not work for the next.

For instance, on my last trip to Follies, there was a girl there with about a half inch of hair. She’d apparently shaved her head recently and then let it grow. It really worked for her.
