A discussion I had with one stripper was that since VIP pricing only really requires covering the bouncer fee (as far as the club is concerned), in theory she could encounter a guy so hot she might be willing to lap him for free and pay the bouncer herself. She said that she'd only do that to be with another girl!

Yeah travelling around with strippers gave me a sense of the highs and lows of how people lived. I went to some mansions overlooking the waterfront to deliver a girl, as well as seedy motels. Usually I'd pick up girls at the agency office although sometimes I'd meet them at their apartment and we'd sit around until called on a booking.
Some of the girls were really quite nice, maybe that experience makes me a smidgen less cynical than some here about them. There was one that I took a long distance to some guy's house, but he had also called another agency as backup (since we encountered that driver waiting around outside). She banged on the door anyway and demanded a twenty for our trouble, and she gave me ten bucks for gas. By then it was daybreak, and a scenic ride back to the city - she told me not to rush back and we just philosophized, enjoying the trip almost like a minor date.

Considering how many strippers have children, it's pretty clear they like cock so I don't thank many true lesbians work in clubs. If you're curious how a dancer responds to women, have her sit beside you at the stage and give her singles to tip with. I don't do this much but when I have it seems like both girls get away with "more" than a guy would at the rail.

Went to a local dive to see a fave yesterday, but she skipped that Friday. So I ate some greasy club food, bought 4 laps and some food with another girl who just felt like talking and hanging around for 2 hours until her regular showed up. Cheap night, maybe $50 spent.

I only approach the stage if it is a stripper that I could plausibly buy dances from later. I feel sorry for some of the chubby and unattractive women who try stripping and collect no tips - but it is better to let the invisible hand of the market function, than give false hopes.

I make a mental note which local ATMs can dispense in $10 increments and try to use them to collect a mix of tens. I try to beak a few twenties at gas stations and ask for change in fives.

Strip clubs allow for more interactive, condition-based pricing. A stripper can offer a special deal because she needs some specific amount of money to cover a bill. Escorts have more rigid pricing... Or least the impression of it if you went through her website first.

Continue to collect numbers. Some of them will fall away quickly. I only have 3 so far, one of these strippers lost her phone twice in a month and I am waiting for her to get her 3rd one. Another girl and I conducted some negotiations recently, and I think she is too expensive and inflexible.

I will probably rent out my current home when I move out of it. But I do think I will invest more in REITs for passive income. My rental portfolio is large enough to generate a nice side income with minor oversight. But I do not want to be a full-time landlord.

I basically quit listening to popular radio around the year 2003 and have not owned a television since about 2007. True, there are many scary stories about what deadbeat, careless, druggie tenants can do to a rental property. Risks are real and that is why I handle good tenants with quick turnaround when they bring up a repair. Most of my tenants have been paying me for 4 or more years. They treat the properties like their own and send me thousands of dollars a month. Works fine by me!

Rentals are good if you can get them in your 30s to early 40s. It takes time to pay down the mortgages... But once you own them free and clear, they can pay you a return for life if they are in a nice part of the city. It is easier to shrug off the management fees if you do not want to administer tenants yourself and have a thick monthly cash flow.

In North Carolina they cannot sell after 2 am and all of it must be consumed by 230. Clubs are cautious about liquor violations, I find the staff will be grabby about picking up unfinished drinks around 215.
