A discussion I had with one stripper was that since VIP pricing only really requires covering the bouncer fee (as far as the club is concerned), in theory she could encounter a guy so hot she might be willing to lap him for free and pay the bouncer herself. She said that she'd only do that to be with another girl!

Yeah travelling around with strippers gave me a sense of the highs and lows of how people lived. I went to some mansions overlooking the waterfront to deliver a girl, as well as seedy motels. Considering how many strippers have children, it's pretty clear they like cock so I don't thank many true lesbians work in clubs. Strip clubs allow for more interactive, condition-based pricing. A stripper can offer a special deal because she needs some specific amount of money to cover a bill. Escorts have more rigid pricing... Or least the impression of it if you went through her website first.

I do consider myself an "extras" seeker anyway. I am at the club for the foreplay ("dancing" is a euphamistic term). When I find girls willing to get into it with me, those become my go-to's.

I will probably rent out my current home when I move out of it. But I do think I will invest more in REITs for passive income. My rental portfolio is large enough to generate a nice side income with minor oversight. But I do not want to be a full-time landlord.

Risks are real and that is why I handle good tenants with quick turnaround when they bring up a repair. Most of my tenants have been paying me for 4 or more years. They treat the properties like their own and send me thousands of dollars a month. Works fine by me!

Rentals are good if you can get them in your 30s to early 40s. It takes time to pay down the mortgages... But once you own them free and clear, they can pay you a return for life if they are in a nice part of the city. It is easier to shrug off the management fees if you do not want to administer tenants yourself and have a thick monthly cash flow.

In North Carolina they cannot sell after 2 am and all of it must be consumed by 230. Clubs are cautious about liquor violations, I find the staff will be grabby about picking up unfinished drinks around 215.
