PT's is the most comparable to 2001 Odyssey and Mons Venus. It is generally worth visiting any time of day and typically has the best selection of cute white dancers.
Bucks Wild is good for a plan B - it's generally at its best on Friday and Saturday nights. I have gotten dances from a cutie there on day shifts, but never had much luck on weekday night shifts.
I would put Baby Dolls as a miss given what you're looking for. It's a high hustle topless place that I could only bring myself to visit once. On the plus side, it's like $5 to get in, so at least it wouldn't cost too much to figure that out for yourself ;)
At the nude clubs, the entry fees are $20+, then they want you to pay for ice for your beer and you have to buy a wristband for access to the lap dance area for the night.

I wouldn't call this place seedy, but I'm not all that surprised to hear that something like this went down there. It's mostly a younger crowd that has a thuggish element to it. It has a similar vibe to a typical crowded night club.

Who gives a fuck about geographic zones? Minnesota has the northernmost point in the continental US but it's in the Midwest. If they don't bring out pork when you order bbq, you're not in the South.

I would count Texas as the Southwest rather than the South.
It's Carl's Jr, not Hardee's,
There is In-N-Out Burger,
BBQ is beef brisket, not pork.
Also, the stage shows can be pretty good.

Trailer trash by far. They're more likely to have my preferred body type (ie., no ass implants). Also, I find them to be much nicer - there is probably no way you're going to get any actual respect from a ghetto girl without being a thug due to the mainstream cultural dominance of hip hop.

Maybe a workaround would be to set up something like Pimmit Hills Show Club and Small Motorhome Park with the motorhome parking around back behind a wall. If you think of the benefits to the surrounding community such as lower DUI rates, it could really benefit society.

The only problem with living in a motorhome in the strip club parking lot is that the dancers might wonder if you're watching walking into the club from out there. Well, that, and when you empty the blackwater tank, it might be a little bit too much CS for the strip club to even handle.

Before opening a discussion about it, I would ask her during the dance to change positions to one that works better. In case that doesn't work for her, you can decline future dances offering that as the explanation. Usually one or the other will tip her off as to what you're looking for and her dances will improve. If not, that is a sign that it's time to move on.

Most of the clubs that I go to don't serve food, but not being much of a germophobe, I have partaken.
Most of the time it has been low-risk foods like fries that come out at 180F or stuff like microwaved frozen pretzels. The dodgier stuff has been the buffets like at Follies where apparently some dude brings it in from off-site and is like: hey, you'll take care of me right? I have had the buffet at another club where random staff members made the food. I had it once when the bartender had made a particular dish that sounded good and had no ill effects, but a dancer told me that she was sick for a couple days after having eaten it on a different day.

I see this as being less about the ethnicity of the dancers and more about dancer cliques that negatively impact the club experience. Often the cliques are organized by the dancers along ethnic lines - compare the Russian cliques in the northeast. These cliques are also organized between dancers with GPS without regard to ethnicity to reduce value at a club.

I was there on a Saturday day shift last month, and there were two cute white dancers. The one I was most interested in was doing dances back to back with someone or other almost the whole time I was there. It felt like hitting the lotto when I was able to score some dances with her. The other was getting dances stacked by the guy sitting next to me at the bar.
There were also three thick PAWG types who looked almost identical that as far as I could tell had been doing back to back dances for the whole 3+ hours I was there on the couches behind the bar.
In other words, it's hard to tell how the dancers could be doing much better on a different shift if that is a typical day. The one I was into had to be making at least $150/hr on lap dances at 3 minutes per song w/ a bit of time in the dressing room freshening up and walking around to make eye contact with the next eager customer.
Once 4pm rolled around, a dancer snagged my chair at the bar when I got up to partake of the buffet, since there was nowhere else to do a lap dance. I would wonder if the crowd on night shift would negatively impact the dancers' earning potential in case the guys standing around would want dances but there would be nowhere for them to be done.
