The irony is that I am constantly turning down amazing offers. Getting laid isn't a challenge. I could have all the free pussy that I can handle, ITC, OTC, civvie, it's no big deal. It's there for the taking, but not what I want. I don't want or need drama, it just seems to be part of the package. Why will a moth keep flying into a flame until it is completely consumed? The flame doesn't have empathy for the moth, it is indifferent, but the moth can't resist no matter how badly or how many times it gets burned.

It's olny1K miles. I left yesterday and should be there in time for the fireworks. Recovering the car was easy, I just picked it up and put it in the trunk of my 1971 Fleetwood. Yeah, there are a half dozen in line vying for her place, damn fine and desirable women who'd give me ten times the mileage for a fraction of the cost, and zero PITA factor to boot. The only problem is that they aren't her, but these days, neither is she, for that matter. So yeah, I'll trade the Yugo for your stamp collection and ride a bus home. I love taking the bus. the sights, the sounds, the smells (ooof), the fleas.... Yeah, you haven't really seen America until you've traversed it by bus!

Not to me personally as a customer, but as a purveyor of services in the food and beverage industry, I can say that some clubs have the best equipped kitchens, most qualified staff, and highest quality food you can find. I have met people that really go to some clubs just for the food

I think the ease and volume of the cash flow does generate a blatant lack of understanding of what it takes to earn money through hard honest work. I have sent it before and just again last night, a stripper literally prying a roll of cash out of a customer's hand while he was tipping her on stage. Also, a 100- a day weed habit coupled with a 100- a day liquor habit would completely consume a skilled laborer's entire paycheck. I have known a couple dancers who bank to buy a home, and one who told me she makes more in stock trading, but likes the attention she gets dancing.

Nina, thank you. Your assessment is spot on and I couldn't have conveyed it better myself. I see otherwise very cool people at their meanest bc of my 'passing', which I don't strive to attain, social constructs of racial phenotypes impose it on me. Flip side is being perceived as white when visiting friends or family in a predominantly black neighborhood. No one has a monopoly on prejudice. I never take a confrontational stance, but try to engage in civil discussion to encourage people to share why they feel the way they do. It almost always comes down to upbringing, it is learned behavior. I am grateful for my broad view, based on my mixed heritage. I feel sorry for closed minds missing out on the richness of beauty in humanity.
