VIP members moderate the board by up or down voting articles and reviews. Do similar with the discussion board. Pick an arbitrary number of VIP ignores, say 50. If a member has 50 VIP ignores, they are likely a detriment to the board. The penalty is their account and their threads are locked. They are free to start a new membership and hopefully learn from their mistakes. SCPandit and anyone using Trucidos in their user name should be permanently banned.

If a person feeling they were born the wrong gender is valid and should be accepted by society, why not feeling you were born the wrong race? I know some trans people and they had gender confusion from a very early age. They didn't identify as a boy one day and a girl the next depending on daily whims like some of today's youths. They felt uncomfortable with their gender for a very long time. Why couldn't someone legitimately identify as a different race?

Late Boomer here. I remember hiding under my desk in first grade for nuclear war drills. I remember gas shortages that created huge lines on the days you were allowed to buy based on your tag and sometimes after a two hour wait the station ran out. I remember buying my first house in 1981 at 16% interest. I remember working full time while going to College and still having student loans debt several times greater than my mortgage. I remember paying back those loans at 8 and 9 % interest. I remember starting to work when I was 13 years old and continuing to work uninterrupted for the next 47 years. You know what I don't remember? Getting $875 a week to sit at home for a year. The ability to work from any location due to advanced telecommunications. The opportunity to be an "influencer" with no appreciable skills. Whining about how unfair life is.

As long as the monthly entertainment budget is below the monthly alimony payments, I look at it as saving money.
