Actually there are several that work internationally Shadowcat but require registration to function properly. They are also the reloadable type requiring registration prior to use. Not what I consider ideal at all.

I attempted to renew my SA account with my visa gift card which works in the US and it failed. When I contacted them via email they indicated their billing is in Hong Kong now and payments must use cards that allow international payment. They are clearly taking steps to protect their business.

Honestly seeing strippers at your age as a customer is and a good diversion but as sinclair said you should be dating/mating girls as your prime goal. No its not going to help your grades, if anything it will be a big distraction when you are studying and the stripper shit texts start popping up on your phone. Also at your age it is doubtful your wisdom iz developed enough to filter out the bs from the truth from these girls.
