Wow thank you guys for all of this info!! I actually have plans to hang w a girl tomorrow who works @ Delilah’s and am gonna ask her about it. I’m here w my agency so I’m stuck at one particular club, unless I wanna pay for my own place to stay.. which is why I’m really trying to figure out what’s worth it! Cuz summer isn’t the time to be throwing away money on hotels. After reading all of this I am leaning towards working in Atlantic City and finding a way to try Delilahs

^im not here for long and it’s an investment to travel, plus it’s super exhausting. I visited AC a few months ago and it seemed like it would be awesome for clubs but I hear it sucks? the girls I was with didn’t want to go to a club so I didn’t get to check it out..

I’ve run into a few exceptions but at first I don’t trust a club that has a schedule because it means they have trouble getting enough dancers to show up regularly

Oh, but they were advertised as strip clubs and probably licensed as such. I don’t think girls are supposed to sell lap dances at bikini/gogo bars and clubs.

I have worked at clubs like that in southern California. If there’s alcohol being served, it’s bikini dances only. And some of those clubs would get very busy so yes it’s legal and not unheard of

I’ve had the same issue with a local place saying they don’t have rooms on a slow weekday night. And I’ve been bothered when traveling to dance, even though I never had any men in my room they were watching me and gave me shit for random things like waiting in the front of the lobby and told me they “have problems with working girls”. I hear some get cutbacks for catching prostitution and drug deals idk if it’s true.. but I don’t think you are imagining things

It seems like the only way to get paid for porn these days is to do independent stuff like camming, fetish stuff, making your own videos etc. the girl op mentioned lily Thai works at some club/bar in Austin, I believe.

This is why I’m selective w having regulars.. too many customers are drama magnets. I feel like it sometimes borderlines on a fetish and that I can get down with. There’s one reg at a club I visit who pays girls to wrestle, talk shit to each other and threaten to kick each other’s asses. That’s actually fun cuz we know it’s an act and it really turns him on so he gets dances after lol. but stirring up shut w my coworkers (for real) for their entertainment.. ugh no I’ve played along before and never will again
