Atlantis and Purple Orchid in Philadelphia have private rooms

This question is too vague to answer.. PA is a big state, Most clubs have some sort of vip. I know most in Philly and Pittsburg do

Exactly - big state. In Western PA, Partners Tavern in Erie has VIP w/extras (and affordable).

Savannah's on Hanna has vip, but you will pay and pay dearly for it.

BTW, SoH is in Harrisburg.
