You know, what I find works? You flat out refuse, don't bother negotiating and walk away, 9 out of 10 times, the girls (at least for me) decide to lower their prices. I don't do that of course when it's already $20 or lower because then your haggling because you're clearly broke.

I'm honestly not surprised Miami has such high housing standards vs very low income. Companies are greedy and don't want to pay anyone. It's a wonder anyone can even afford to work let alone eat and sleep remotely comfortably. When you have a few 1%ers living in a city, the cost of living goes WAY up to the point where the less fortunate can't afford. And apparently the less fortunate FAR outweigh the rich and that doesn't sound like it should be good, but I can bet more wealthy folk will just waltz right on in and buy up and remodel foreclosed homes.

Usually from what I understand is that women always find a reason to critize somebody whether their in equal position or not. Yet the man paying your rent makes more than you so....does that make you jealous or bitter? Or both?

Ah well, this is what rich people do. Unfortunately, since he's African-American he gets more stringent treatment than your average Wolf on Wall Street. I'm not tax expert but if relied on him NOT contributing to the CLUB revenue, than good on him. There's more strip clubs in the sea.
