I'm a pretty analytical person and work in a field where even minute details are important and can mean feast or famine. It is second nature to be very observant and take mental notes of details. I used to write restaurant reviews on Yelp back when that platform was still fairly new. I would get a lot of "helpful" and "thanks" from the other users, so I guess I was thorough and helped people decide whether they should dine at a given place or not. I am grading women wherever I go, whether it is a strip club, restaurant, grocery store, train station, concert hall, or anywhere else. It used to be that every subsequent generation was better off than their parents. I think that has come to an end. Gen Y and Gen Z will be worse off than their parents. Many people in their 20's and 30's can't afford a house or the rising apartment rents and are stuck living with their parents. The middle class is shrinking, and the country is becoming poorer. Now people living in vans and tiny houses (100 to 300 square feet) is considered an accomplishment rather than embarrassment. There is still a good amount of availability in luxury and upper tier housing, but there is a tight housing market for the poor and working class. Letting in twelve million illegals drives up demand for lower tier rentals and houses. There is a housing crisis in Canada due to the country bringing in the equivalent of one percent of its population as immigrants every single year. Housing can't be built quick enough, resulting in skyrocketing rents and house prices for Canadians. I'm not a professional economist, but inflation is still rising and interest rates will have to be raised higher if the government is actually serious about getting inflation under control. The government needs to stop spending like a drunk sailor and get it's act together if it doesn't want a loaf of bread to cost the equivalent of a wheelbarrow full of dollars. Force every government agency to cut its budget by twenty percent, stop funding foreign wars, and stop spending billions on "newcomers".

I think it is well accepted that guys use hotel rooms to bang whores. Any desk personnel who have been on the job awhile have seen it and probably don't care as long as it doesn't bring pimps or drugs to their property. With that said, I would use a place with a side entrance where you can walk from your vehicle directly to the room. South Carolina is reloaded for next year with the young talent they have: Kitts, R Johnson, T Johnson, Watkins, Fulwiley, etc. Iowa is likely to take a big drop without its star. Like you, I keep copies of receipts when I tip at restaurants. I then go back and cross reference the credit card statements. I have never had an instance (yet) where the restaurant changed the tip to a higher amount. I assume management and not the individual servers enter in the tip amounts from the receipts at many of these places so as to avoid constant headaches with the credit card companies. What I am starting to see more are restaurants that will charge you a 3-3.5% service charge when you pay with a credit card versus cash. They are putting the service fee the credit cards charge the restaurant, directly onto the customer.
