Can anyone confirm Fevr Cabaret is open

Chicago-area mongers, has anyone been to the new Fevr Cabaret yet? It's in the former Oceans building. Their website claims they are now open. I went there last night (a Thursday night) and arrived a few minutes after 9 p.m. No cars in the lot, no lights on, nothing.
Their website says they are open from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday through Saturday. This site says they are open 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Either way, they should have been open after 9 p.m. on a Thursday.

Their Instagram posted on March 6 about some kind of hip hop concert on March 22. Fevr Cabaret seems to be more of an urban nightclub than a strip club nowadays. By the last few years the club operated as Ocean, it had already transformed into more of a nightclub with guest appearances from celebrities and rappers. Try calling them on a Friday or Saturday night.
