I would consider Elliot Rodger to be the OG Incel Terrorist. He killed 7 and injured 14 in 2014.

This guy definitely isn't the first Incel terrorist. There was one guy who shot up a bunch of AMPs in Atlanta 2021: en.wikipedia.org. There are others that come to mind.
