OTC & Hotels

I've been mongering for years, and have had a few good experiences in the past with OTC. However, it's only been a couple of times, and I find especially with travel taking me to the same scenes, that I am in a position where I can ramp up my OTC game in a few US cities that I visit frequently. (Detroit, Miami, etc.) I have very limited experience with escorts.
My question for you all is: how do you pick a hotel for OTC? Are there certain brands you avoid because they aren't monger friendly? It seems these days like every hotel is either Hyatt, Hilton or Marriott owned, are any of these brands particularly friendly or unfriendly to mongers?
And has anyone ever been called out by hotel management for bringing a SWer to their room? What happened and how did you handle it?

The most I've ever experienced is a guy working the front desk giving a little grin or a girl at the front desk giving a bit of a dirty look. They never actually say anything and I imagine they see it on a regular basis, especially if the hotel is near any clubs where takeout is common.
I do avoid areas that have valet only parking because the girls hate paying and dealing with valets.
With that said, I would use a place with a side entrance where you can walk from your vehicle directly to the room. Some 304's dress wat too proactively, and you may not want any extra attention from going through the main entrance or walking by families with kids. Upscale downtown properties usually funnel all traffic. through a main entrance. Suburban three or two star types of places usually have several side entrances.
If you think the 304 is going to be loud in bed, and it is a rendezvous after 22:00 or so, you may want to ask for a room away from other lodgers so as to avoid noise complaints. Just tell the desk person you like to watch television late into the night and would prefer an isolated room if possible so as to not disturb others.
I'm done saving on these ghetto ass hotels, not worth it. If I'm OTCing I'm gonna try to do a decent hotel. I don't do it often anyway. Certain brands I've never gone wrong, Holiday Inn, Best Western. Super 8 has been pretty good to me and some newer Motel 6's are actually pretty nice.
One issue I always have though I do not like getting the hotel ahead of time. I've done that game where shit falls through. If it's late though, a lot of these places sell out.
In Vegas, no one even notices it when you meet them downstairs.
So, unless the girl either (a) is know by hotel staff as being a problem, or (b) is provocatively dressed to the extent of other guests complaining, it generally isn't an issue.
Also, random girls headed to/from clubs or even dinner, dress sluttier than many escorts/providers.

Not once. Some hotels you can check into now send a digital key so you don't even have to talk with anyone on staff if you don't feel like it.
"What happened and how did you handle it?"
If it ever happened I'd probably just smile and shrug. Then walk away. You don't know what the locals are going to care about so admit nothing and get on with your day.
That way they can walk in as if they’re guests and find their way to the room without having to ask anyone. I crack the door open and when I hear them approach I open it for them. They understand the circumstances and arrive dressed in civvie clothes so to not attract attention.
Works like a charm.
You're clearly mingling in classier social circles than I am, but nevertheless if she shows up she's going upstairs. I don't care if she walks in wearing a wooden barrel and rubber boots.
Anyway, the desk clerks make it their business not to get into anybody else's business. It's a non-issue.
